Walked out. Took 2 ppl that strolled in 15 minutes after me. Ok they signed in sooner , I get it, but a smile would have been nice. Worker wanted my last name address etc.. When I said no, I got a nasty look. Hairdressing requires social skills. Sorry that I am not from the area. Walked put and I am a good tipper, I always tip price of cut.

Worst Haircut! What is wrong with people!?!? My son’s hair naturally brushes forward so we asked the gal to cut it for a forward brush. This is what we got! Literally a chop job! Paid $18 for this! I’m sure I could have done better blindfolded, with my hands tied behind my back and scissors on left foot!
Requested style: A style that worked with hair being brushed forward.
Stylist: Not sure of her name, but she was a young lighter skinned female. I didn’t take my son in, my husband did.

I didn’t have an appointment and there was only one stylist working. She made me feel welcome and checked me in. There were two people ahead of me, but she kept us up dated on time and did a great job cutting all of our hair. She was like an octopus! Not only doing an amazing job on each of our hairs she was answering the phone and checking new people in. Always with that southern charm these parts are known for and a smile that let us know we were welcome.

Woman named Staci who cut my hair was unprofessional, and she did not cut my hair to how I asked it to be. She completely ignored what I had asked of her, and she decided to cut it her own way. She also decided to verbally harass and belittle me. It was a very unpleasant experience which was not what I was prepared for.

Overall the experience was good, ladies there are so nice and respectful. The only reason I'm taking a couple stars off is due to the hair cuts being a little inconsistent in the few times I've been there. That being said, if you're scrambling for that Sunday evening haircut this is THE ONLY place open and they always do solid fades, just be very clear how low/high you want it.Requested style: Requested a low fade and just a little bit off the top (roughly a 1/2 inch)

This place is called GREAT CLIPS absolutely NOT! I have taken my daughter here before and the older owner had washed and did a style on her hair which turned out great ! Well it was not well this second time around she decides to pawn my child off on someone she said was good ! Even though my own mother was trying to schedule appointment with her and she said come in at 10 which twice we went early and her excuse was I have other people to do . Okay that’s what a salon is you have people who wait and we wouldnt have minded to wait it’s for my child ! First off my daughter has thick hair but very manageable this lady who is working on my child’s hair is giving my 12 year old attitude for having thick hair and burning my child’s ears ! She proceeds to tell me my daughter is complaining about her ears being burned and I see my child in tears strike one ! Then she proceeds to tell me it’s no way to do her hair even though she thinned it out and horribly btw! I tell her it’s usually no problem we’ve got it done here, this women tells me they do not style here only cut hair which is odd I tell her why does y’all prices say style wash etc ! She decides to tell me a CUSTOMER! Well don’t come to me then so I let her know oh trust me we won’t to stop doing her hair and I’ll get it done ! I walk out to take my other child to the car and she starts to try to straighten my child’s who she burned both ears AGAIN ! I will just end this by saying I’ve never been to a salon where they don’t treat the customer with respect and understanding I will never take my child here again . My dad went up to go get a refund and MARY AGAIN who did my daughters hair and burned her was decided to be rude to him when clearly you see my child’s ears both burned !! And wants to say I’ll get my husband up here like what kind of barn show is this !very unprofessional!
