Greg was wonderful to work with! As opposed to the sloppy way the emergency roadside assistance. We had a serious blowout of a rear tire on a tiny state highway 30 miles from Roswell…
We called The emergency roadside assistance number gave them all of our information, including the make and model of our vehicle the tires everything, and we were sitting at night on a tiny road waiting for a phone call. After an hour, we gave up and took care of it ourselves. Guess when they got around to calling us,,,,,a day later. The roadside emergency assistance is horrible. Greg Bratcher at State Farm in San Angelo, Texas was wonderful and had a check for us to reimburse us for the expense of the roadside assist that we called ourselves. I completely recommend Greg Bratcher State Farm insurance agent in San Angelo, Texas!!!

I have never had an issue with anyone from State Farm. Most recently I spoke with Mandy Ybarra and she did a fantastic job helping me schedule some life changes. I told her what I needed and she got the details she needed and told me she would let me know when it was done. I was so grateful as no other companies do the work for you. Furthermore she actually got back with me and explained everything to me in a way I would understand and had all the patience and answers as needed. Thank you so much Mandy for lifting a burden off my shoulders during a stressful time.
