The grocery store is great. Their Customer Service Department not so great. I don't understand why they don't keep it open for the duration of the store hours. SUCH AN INCONVENIENCE!

I’m pretty disappointed with the pharmacy at this H‑E‑B. I had a prescription sent in on Friday 06/30 and I hadn’t heard from anyone from the pharmacy all week. I called today, 07/07, to see if they even received the prescription that was sent in. The phone rang for a bit before someone answered and the man who answered was in the middle of a personal conversation with someone and then acknowledged me on the phone. I asked if they had received my prescription and gave him my information and he said they did receive it and proceeded to tell me I didn’t have insurance on file (so I guess that’s why they didn’t contact me?). I got my insurance card out and the man was back to having his own personal conversation with someone, so I waited for him to stop so I could give him the information. What I want to know is why I was not contacted earlier this week when the prescription was received to let me know it was received, but no insurance was sent over. That way I could get things rolling with this medication.The customer service completely baffled me at this location, as the HEB pharmacy at 3301 Sherwood Way is phenomenal. I’m not sure who the man on the phone was, but he spoke carelessly to me and I didn’t appreciate that he couldn’t put his personal conversation on hold while on the phone with a customer.

Trying to move my pharmacy to this HEB, due to incredible service at my HEB pharmacy in San Antonio. Can’t even get them to answer the phone after 15 minutes on hold...

Almost every time I go online and shop curbside, I end up with stuff that's not on my order or items missing. Today I was given 2 watermelons, 3 cantaloupes..only wanted 1 of each but charged for all. 2 Meal Simple dinners crushed and the meat I ordered and paid for missing. Their resolution was for me to return the crushed containers and return all of the extra melons and at that time they will give me the 2 meat orders. Oh and the Supersized watermelons at 9$ per melon are actually the regular size which are 7$. I'm done! Never again will I shop there. Market Street here I come!!

H-E-B is amazing store. I enjoy shopping at this store and can find things I need. My one complaint that I have is with currently is my last experience. I understand that customers are not always right, but it's important to treat your customers with respect. Even if you do not agree with a customer it's important to treat them with dignity and courtesy. The way you leave a store makes a lasting impression. I will continue to shop here but cashiers please, if you are upset at your customer and do not agree with them. Please do not slam down an item or push the items through belt in a way that tells me we have pissed you off. I do not like bruised product. Then tell us next time to use the correct lane. Yours respectfully.

This shrimp cocktail was virtually tasteless. says it was packed today, however the shrimp was extremely dry and way over cooked. old shrimp was definitely used. very disappointing because this is usually very good. BTW I am not from San Francisco. From San Angelo Texas

Made contact with the pharmacist Tech by the name of Shannon this lady was awesome always had a beautiful smile on her face the whole time. I talked to the pharmacist I think his name was Jody. It took awhile for him to open up to me after that it appeared as if we were friends. I had to change pharmacies due to can’t keep help and the epidemic

Adios HEB. My wife went in store tonight and purchased almost $1K in Groceries. This is something we do frequently to stay supplied. My 2 adult boys were with her to help gather and load in/out. There were 2 managers along with the checker and 1 person started to bag the groceries, but soon disappeared. The 2 managers stood there and chatted while my sons and wife bagged all the groceries. My wife came home and swore she will never set foot in that store again. It’s really a shame because HEB San Angelo used to be a well managed and very efficient. It has gone to hell and we will spend our $ elsewhere.
