this whole crap of the carts having the "lock if taken off the premises" is bs. I had time to spare and went in and browsed then stopped to buy a couple of scratch offs. As I was fixing to exit the wheel locked on me. supposedly HEB has the lock so no one can take the carts off the premises why not say what they are really there for.

24 hour gas stop, you can easily gas up and pick up some groceries,very near from the campus so you can stroll over to the store and gas station.
