Great selection of products, specialty foods, and friendly service. Good prices too. HEB is the epitome of great customer service. HEB for President! Parking can be rough, it's at a very congested intersection, but worth it. Thank you HEB! Their curbside service is awesome too!

What happened to fools ole customer service? I observed what looked like two floor manager bagging groceries for a customer and cashier and not one of them acknowledged the customer. They were having a conversation and never even asked the customer anything. And baggers need to go bagging school. I get cold items bagged with bread or cans with cookies never fails

I had a kind of fair experience with HEB i did have some managerment to talk to me very rudely. At one time i worked there for 10 years or more. So i know a lot of the other managers that i truly respect.

I use curbside pick up frequently. And I have a sign sitting in my back seat to please place items in the floor. But they still place the items in the seat. More than once I had busted jars placed in my seats and I do not appreciate having to get my vehicle shampooed to get the food smell out. And I have reported this issue. Why is it still happening???
