Update:
I stayed at Hampton Inn as part of a team booked through Engine. On the first day of my stay, the front desk refused to give me the Wi-Fi password, saying the room was not under my name—even though I received an email confirmation from Engine that clearly listed me as one of the reserved guests.
After reading the hotel’s response, I would like to clarify: I was indeed part of the official reservation. I did receive a confirmation with my name. Please do not use general policy explanations to excuse the receptionist’s rudeness and lack of professionalism. Their unwillingness to assist was disappointing and unnecessary.
This experience negatively affected my stay, and I’m sharing this as honest feedback, not seeking a solution.

Always accommodating staff. Clean rooms and common areas. The business center computer has been out of service, but the staff are always helping with solutions. Breakfast staff also full of helpful local knowledge. Definitely stay again next time in town.

The staff were amazing. I called to ensure family would not have an issue checking in even though I made the reservation and was not going to be there. My family noted everyone was so nice and helpful to them and it was a great experience.

I don't like coming here but as with my schedule change due to weather disruptions at DFW (I'm a crew member) I had no choice. There was a bug on one of the pillows when I first got into the room and checked everything. And there are currently children running up and down the hall with an adult man voice as I type. Mind you I have a 4:15am airport van. I don't understand why crew just aren't in far from the elevator rooms on the third floor where we won't hear people above either.

The staff were so helpful! The young woman at the front desk went above and beyond for us when there was an issue with the room and we were so thankful. We don't see that kind of customer care often!

Clean and updated room. The best water pressure for the shower at all the Hamptons I’ve stay in!

The hotel is a little older but my room was clean. Room had what I needed. Check in was quick and easy. The young lady provided great customer service. Breakfast selection and quality was good.

Carol and Ruby good luck if you get either of these 2 trying to book a room late night ?? people are incredibly disrespectful and accused us of stealing as we have our all sups bags in our hands. Stay at hotels all around Texas and have never dealt with this before, completely disgusting

Very nice hotel! Very clean. Tub was stained but clean. I sprayed Clorox and the stain was still there but it was clean. Bed was comfortable.People working front desk were friendly.Breakfast was not very good. Flies were flying around the cereal and the fruit looked very old. The people working in the breakfast area were not very friendly. IHOP is walking distance from hotel, though.

The Hampton Inn in San Angelo is not a new establishment. It's got some age to it, and you can tell. However, it seems to be maintained fairly well. It's typical Hampton quality. It's what I expect of a Hampton Inn. I'm not disappointed.

Really liked this hotel. This is my second visit during another overnight trip. Very comfortable, relaxing, roomy, n nice stay overall. Would definitely stay here again whenever n the area.

Water has that weird eggy smell. Other than that its very standard hotel nothing to race about. But the customer service is nice.
