I can't say enough about the communication and service this company offers. Karah and Ashlei helped us purchase our first home while we were out of state and we are super thankful that they were constantly available for us with any questions we had. I'm glad we went with this company!

As a first time home buyer, I was nervous about finding a lender. Hannah and her team at HomeTown made me feel better right away in the first phone call. I needed “hand holding” through the whole thing and Hannah never made me feel bad about that and answered all my questions promptly and with encouraging words. They kept me well informed and we’re easy to communicate with. My home insurance quote came back high and Hannah made sure I was not over paying and still getting correct coverage. Can’t go wrong with HTL.

The ladies that helped us through our closing were excellent. They were able to work up a last minute down payment and get through a remote closing even when the package delivery was delayed. Not too many in the business that will match their professionalism and fantastic service. Well done, Hannah and Team!

Hometown Lenders San Angelo is an amazing group of lenders who not only know and are active in the San Angelo community, but are personable, hard working, and dedicated to their clients. I feel reassured knowing I can call any of them at any time and they will be there. Even if you’ve been told “no” before, give them a call because you might be surprised! I’ve seen it first hand, and am always so impressed with their persistence, hard work, and communication throughout the entire process. These ladies work super hard to get you in the home of your dreams, and I can’t recommend them enough.

They helped us through every step of the process while keeping us laughing and upbeat - which is appreciated beyond words because we all know how stressful buying a house can be.
