Convenient store prices are getting out of control, people. At least it is at this KENT KWIK. A small 2oz bag of Kettle chips was just about $4 w tax. And my customers wonder why I charge the rate I charge to work for them. Meaning I have to, to get on with this profit mongering world. If you don't mind a 300% mark up on goods, this is a great place for you to spend good earned $.

Pumps weren’t working outside so had to go inside to pay. I told the young lady I’d take 40 gal of diesel and gave her my card. She gave me the receipt and I went out to pump diesel. The diesel wouldn’t pump and I realized she had incorrectly rang up 40 gal of super unleaded instead of diesel. I went back in to explain to her that she didn’t charge me correctly and she was very dismissive and said the computer doesn’t make mistakes. I asked her to just do the math and see that she had overcharged me and she said that she didn’t have to. WOW!!! I tried my best to explain to her that $3.59 x 40 gal isn’t $163 and she said the transaction was over!!! The transaction certainly wasn’t over because I hadn’t received any diesel. The more I tried to explain myself the more indignant the girl became. I asked to speak with a manager and she said they were all gone but later after the cops showed up an assistant manager appeared. They finally realized that she punched the wrong fuel into the computer but nobody ever admitted that they were wrong. All this could have been avoided if the girl had just taken two seconds to look at my receipt and corrected the transaction. This young girl was unbelievably disrespectful and my family will never spend a penny at Jacks again. All this happened about 3:00 on Thursday july 11. We had to call SA PD before the situation was made right. Worst young employee I’ve experienced in my 60 years.

This car wash is HORRIBLE MY TRUCK IS STILL FILTHY, missed spots all over. wheels still dirty, two of the spin brushes not working to clean right side and top..,, I will not be back to this establishment for a car wash!!!!!!12/18/2023

I bought a 12 pack of cans of Diet Dr. Pepper at this place this morning and when I got to work, I pulled out the first 4 cans and stuck them in the fridge and left the last 8 in the car. The 4 cans in the fridge were all "popped" meaning the top was pushed upwards from being stored in too hot a temperature. I knew I would be drinking those cans but I vowed to take the remaining case back to the store and returning the rest of them. When I got into the car during my lunch hour, I pulled out the remaining 8 cans and found that of the remaining 8, only 3 were popped like the first 4. I still had one from the morning and went in and tried to return the 4 bad cans for cans that were not popped. The staff member said he could not return loose cans since the cans came from a 12 pack. Which is ridiculous. I was pissed but he called his manager who told him to replace my 9 cans with a full 12 pack of Diet Dr. Pepper cans after first checking all the cans to make sure they were not popped. I was very impressed although returned three cans to the staff member. But I wanted to make sure I wrote a positive review for the manager for the excellent customer service.

New ownership lowered maximum purchase from $150 to $100. I routinely fill up in the $150 range of diesel with auxiliary tank. Now I have to put the pump handle up and start over. What does that accomplish? Will go elsewhere now.

The wash is good, but instead of really drying, they drag wet rags over the windows & mirrors, leaving streaks and hundreds of little spots. Impossible to drive at night without cleaning mirrors. I've told them about this more than once, but they are not listening.
