Jelly's Surly Skull is a private tattoo studio that welcomes walk-ins from Wednesday to Sunday, from 2pm to 10pm, with the last call at 9pm. They are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. They offer a $20 apprentice special every day for walk-ins only, with no waitlist. Consultations are available during business hours, except for Tatt2Away, and private consultations are available on Wednesdays to Saturdays at 12pm or 1pm.
