I made an appointment to have my oil changed at Jim Bass. 90 minutes later, it was still in the garage with the lights blinking to be taken back for service. I asked the Service Advisor how much longer, and all I was told was "we're backed up and one of our racks is down." I went in because I purchased the truck (new) and it came with points I could use for service. I went out, got in the truck and left. I'm expecting a call to let me know that they don't know where my truck is.

Went to the parts store and the people there are kinda rude. Not to bad but they do need a little help on having better customer service. Went in for a part i ordered online and the guy who was "helping" me was not willing to help help it was more like a whatever attitude. I've been treated better in autozone or napa auto parts.

I had a very great experience with Jareth Bogs. I ordered a vehicle a while back while I lived four hours away and Jareth accommodated me so well and even had someone FaceTime me to ensure everything was what I was hoping for before making the drive! Thank you so much! Hope to buy more soon!

Dropped my super duty off for service. Everyone was great. We'll see how the service goes. Later, the service went great! While checking it over, they found a bad sensor and replaced it under warranty. Great price on the LOF.

Would NOT negotiate wouldn't come down on initial cost one dollar NOTHING. Could have made a sale for 1-3k off of a 45k sticker price paid in FULL no finance. I refuse to give my business to a company that doesn't earn it! Poor sales rep Payton is out there trying to "sell" cars without the ability to negotiate. I might as well go to carvana and buy a car out of a vending machine. Oh wait their out of business. So close to making a sale. If I were the owner I would be highly disappointed on how their running things there. The days of high priced used cars are numbered we are on the verge of a recession and maybe worse. EDIT: I'm glad you apologized. Reviewed is now 3 stars instead of one. Please put prices are non negotiable on your website. Thanks.

Thank you so much for everything. You all were truly amazing and restored my faith in car sales men and finance managers. Never had I met anyone like Jareth and Mr.Sanchez who actually listened and tried everything they could to help me and my husband purchase something. I have horror stories if things that car sales man and finance managers have done to us and our credit. We will definitely be back in a couple of month to purchase another vehicle from you all. I recently bought a truck here that was a blue certified vehicle with an extra four month warranty. Since I had a work truck I didnt drive it much and was punished for it. I put less then 2000 miles on a vehicle i had for 6 months and so far the ignition coil wires were coming out so i had to get a new pig tail and replace the wires myself since the warranty was no more, then the oil cooler lines come out and leak all the engine oil in a matter of seconds and now im stuck on the side of the road. idk what kind of inspections theyre doing but appearantly theyre not very good ones. so far ive spent more in parts and tows then i have in gas for the truck.2-19-2023After looking into what the problem might be, come to find out this truck looks like it has been into a wreck and they neglected to tell me this information when purchasing it. Even though a blue certified vehicle clearly states in the inspection that they make sure the oil lines and the frame are in good shape, this wasnt the case for my 2019 chevy silverado blue certified vehicle. The oil line was completely ruptured from the fitting and the framing near the control arm is severely bent. Control arm and tie rod ends have been replaced and they couldnt even put the shroud underneath the fan back on correctly. its was bent to hell. I shouldve known when my buddy (who is a body man) told me that the grill gaurd was crooked. Now i know why. Dont forget i put less then 2000 miles on this truck. This has been a total waste of money and i will be getting rid of this truck. i suggest to anyone that they do not buy used vehicles from this dealership because they do poor work.i posted pictures of what i found when crawling under the vehicle.
