I am in the military and was a few days away from a cross-country drive when I noticed a concerning sound from the rear of my vehicle. The entire team helped make sure my car was ready to go and safe to get me home. I could not be more grateful for their generosity and customer service.

Great customer service, Merat halped me find my new Expedition in the matter of minutes. He asked what the important features were and he narrowed down the selection. There was no time wasted or no games played. I’ll return to Jim Bass to purchase another vehicle.

The difference in treatment between me, a female, and my husband was quite stark. Multiple men here only gave my husband the time of day even though I was the one buying the car. We both couldn’t believe how blatant they were being. Love the car. Was a good deal. I would’ve loved to buy it from somewhere else that didn’t make me feel so sad at the end.
They also didn’t clean it very well at all even though they assured it would be wonderfully “detailed”.

My husband is 88 years old and I am 77 years old. I have to use a walker. My husband fell and was in the hospital. Our car started acting funny. So our children took it to Jim Bass Ford. The whole crew helped me. Samantha Stewart sent a very nice man to pick me up and take me to the dealership to rent a car and showed me how to work everything. When I decided I needed to trade it in the mechanic had a salesman by the name of Ernest Sustaita call me. He immediately went to work finding me the used car I asked for with a price we could afford. The sales manager Mack Harper had a big hand in making my life so much better. It takes a great boss to have great employees. We are very grateful to Jim Bass Ford crew they go the extra mile. So with that being said if you need a wonderful dealership go to Jim Bass Ford !!

Johnny, Tony and Gabe in service are the best. My F150 had issues that continue. Service dept has been short-handed and rushed diagnosis and dismissed my suggestion and history of the reoccurring transmission issues.
They were truly trying to help under bad circumstances and mine appeared to be an easy fix.
Again, these guys were doing a great job with little support.

The overall experience with Jim Bass Ford service was terrible. 2 weeks to get a drop off appointment. No one looked at my vehicle for 3 weeks. Then ordered parts and started work. I was in a rental furnished by JBF, however for that entire time I was able to transport my dogs and wouldn’t drive at night for fear of hitting a deer and damaging the rental. I will think twice before letting them take my vehicle again. The service advisor was less than upfront and honest during the entire process.
