Very helpful in the buying process and went beyond to deliver my new car to me. Taught me about my new Ford and assured all my questions were answered. I Love my new Ford Bronco Sport! My experience with Jim Bass service department was very positive. I took my F150 to be serviced in three different areas and all were taken care of. John kept me informed responding quickly to any questions I had which assured my confidence in Jim Bass service department.

I made an appointment to have my oil changed at Jim Bass. 90 minutes later, it was still in the garage with the lights blinking to be taken back for service. I asked the Service Advisor how much longer, and all I was told was "we're backed up and one of our racks is down." I went in because I purchased the truck (new) and it came with points I could use for service. I went out, got in the truck and left. I'm expecting a call to let me know that they don't know where my truck is.

I visited the Ford house twice in the last 3 weeks. The first time was because of a vibrating in the front. They got it in quickly. Found the problem and sent me on my way. The second time was more serious. It was a separate case where I developed water leak. Took some time to get all the parts in and fix it but within a couple of weeks by Ford F-150 was repaired and it was the first time I've had it worked on since I've had it and it has 150,000 miles on it. Not bad. Service was good. I'm thankful that they could get to it so quickly

I have brought my vehicle here many times, always good service and good pricing! However, I did have to knock off two stars due to an advisor in service named Zach. I've spoken with him a few times and each time he has been rude and hard to deal with. Not very good customer service and acts like he would rather be anywhere else. I had to ask for a different advisor because I couldn't take it anymore. 10 out of 10 would recommend Gabe though!!!

I've had ups and down with Jim Bass mainly with the service dept previous years BUT I bought a New 2023 F150 past week and my salesman Payton Jones was a delight to work with. Not the least bit pushy at all, understood my concerns and worked with me the best he could. It was the easiest and most enjoyable car deal I've done. In and out within an hour start to finish. Can't beat that when buying a new vehicle.

I also posted this on the Mazda listing, but this page gets more uses so I'll say it again, I feel that strongly! I had a GREAT experience yesterday and purchased an awesome CX-50. The process was fast and easy, I really appreciated how much time the finance manager took to answer my questions, everything was very transparent. Ask for Shannon C, he was my sales rep and was extremely responsive and overly helpful. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart!

I had a loose exhaust bracket (annoying rattle) on my 2022 Explorer, 14,000mi, under warranty. I went in and was given an appointment 7 weeks in the future. The service writer didn't even get out of his chair to check the vehicle. I took it elsewhere and got it fixed in minutes. I'm sure the dealer mechanics could have repaired it as easily; I just think that incoming repairs should be triaged better.

My car waited over 30 days for the service team to even get started looking at it. It sat there. They managed to look at it, finally, and then it sat for 2 more weeks before they fixed it. No updates until they actually worked on it. In all, it was there 2 months before the issue was resolved. I have 4 kids, one of whom is disabled, and had to go without a car. I felt very unimportant and this was a giant pain.

I have purchased three previous vehicles from Jim Bass and have been very satisfied with their service and i will continue to go back. Our salesman, Michael Gamez, was very professional and answered all of our questions and took very good care of us. Michael made sure we got the best deal and did it in a timely manner. I love my 2020 F 250 and will continue to purchase my vehicles from Jim Bass Ford. Thank you everyone involved.

Tony in the service department is the best there is. I never have a problem when having things done on my vehicle. He always answers my questions and fully explains everything. He always has a good attitude no matter what kind of day he may be having. The service is quick and done correctly. He is the only one I will go to.

Gabe in the service department is amazing!!! He is super super nice and he always gets my car taken care of!! 10/10 recommend Jim Bass Ford and Gabe to service your vehicle!!! Any issue I have with my Mustang I take it directly to ford!! Don’t waste your time with other shops!!!

Jonathan went above and beyond. There were some issues in the beginning and he handled them in a timely manner making the process one of the easiest car buying experiences I have ever had. Would recommend him to anyone that's looking to get a new car. Everyone was super friendly and well exceeded my expectations!
