Guy behind counter not too welcoming and seemed disturbed we went in to spend money. Didn't acknowledge a simple hello, how you doing today. Put a sign up and tell people who are not welcome there.

Usually, I never complain or leave negative reviews, but this experience forced me to do so. We ordered a vegetarian pizza and were mistakenly given one with meat. Mistakes happen, and that part was understandable. However, when my husband politely asked for an exchange, the front staff member, Testiny, reacted very rudely. She snatched the pizza and angrily threw it in the trash, as if it were our fault.
The rest of the staff was very polite and respectful, which made this behavior stand out even more. I’m not sure what was going on with her that day, but this kind of attitude is unacceptable. A little customer service training or time off could help, because behavior like this can seriously damage a company’s reputation. It’s not the company’s fault at all so I’m giving 5 starts but she deserves worse than negative. Peace and love

Kent Kwik's takeover of the Jack's convenience stores has been such a negative for San Angelo. Each station that was very clean, well maintained and fully functional under the Jack's brand are now dirty, not managed well...the car washes are dilapidated and not fully functioning and oil change centers are closed.

Clean shower but only one towel? Never seen that before had to do the one leg hop to dry off. Most stops have a towel to dry your face one for your body and one to stand on this had only one towel and one hand cloth.

I thought i poseted yesterday but here it is today. Rude Drive thru lady shaking her head and rolling her eyes for asking for a coke. Monday 10/20 8:40 pm. A Super curly haired lady. Like people already have bad days theres no need to be rude with a customer service job. Serve customers or go find something else to do. Very Inconvenient. Why have a window if their going to be mad attending it. Didnt purchase a thing.

Well let just start by say I am allergic to onions and me and my wife went in and bought sum cheeses burgers. I ask the older gentleman if I can have only lettuce tomatoes and pickles. He looks at me and rolles his eye and he put onions with my lettuce, tomatoes, pickles. Then I told him I didnt onions cause I was allergic he just turned around and walked off .

Super nice and clean Truckers Lounge, showers, bathrooms. FREE PARKING, fairly dark lot. Really good food and good fresh home brewed tea. Laundry Room = $1.50 to wash, $1.75 dry coins only. Glad we ran across this place!!

Horrible service, lady at the counter was extremely rude when I informed her there was barely any sweet tea. She was going to charge me full price for barely anything in the cup and didn’t know when they were making more. Highly don’t recommend stopping here. There were small flies everywhere which should have been the first indication to walk away.

The service is great at this store.. their professional attitude Is remarkable.. yet EBT doesn't work for hot food even though the policy has changed.. you guys need to fix, my children love y'all food!

You should be ashamed to charge a hard working driver $15 for a shower that 1) doesn’t include any soap, 2.) doesn’t include any hand sanitizer, 3.) doesn’t include any toilet cleaner, 4.) DOES include a stained nasty washcloth, 5.) DOES include a soaking wet towel probably from the previous user, 6.) DOES include a ceiling that makes you feel like you haven’t showered, and 7.) DOES include a shower curtain so nasty that you’d be better off not using it, 8.) DOES include a sink that almost falls off of the walk if touched, 9.) DOES include a shower head that’s so clogged up it sprays the toilet more than the shower…
I was excited to find out after several months of delivering to San Angelo that there was a place to clean up just down the road from my delivery…you’ll never get another dollar from me, ever….
Walk out and see all your employees hanging out in the drivers lounge and customers looking for someone to help take their money…
One would had been better keeping their $15 and using the free window cleaner and squeegee in the fuel island…ITS CLEANER

Great place. Good hot food selection, always lots of parking . Nice showers. They don't mind if you drop your trailer for a couple days and drive around bobtailing enjoying the local interests
The day shift has been a bit snobby lately and my only real complaint is the eye roll you get when you ask for a shower at 4 am
