I like this store. It doesn't seem real busy alot. So I hope things get better for them. They have a nice selection of home essentials, from bed room to bathroom. But the dining room dept does not seem to have as much as one would hope. So Walmart or Target is the better option. The staff are nice and the check out process is easy enough. plenty of parking space. the store is always nice and clean. Well lit, etc. So again I hope they are around for awhile.

Small store. Not a lot of what I was looking for. Not many people shopping.

The star is not for kohls but for Sephora inside of kohls. The employees do not ask if you need help, they seem to only be worried about talking in the corner. You cannot use Sephora credit cards OR Sephora gift cards at this location which is ridiculous. Will not be coming back to this store.

Great place to shop for a little bit of everything. It's a smaller concept from a regular kohl's, but they still have a nice variety to browse.

I usually love shopping at Kohl's but I've been to this location twice and have left empty-handed, frustrated and disappointed both times. It is a very clean store with a pleasant atmosphere but the stock is VERY limited. Slippers are plentiful if you wear a Medium, but if you are not a Medium, forget it. The home decor and women's clothing sections are almost non-existent. Probably the worst part is that it is extremely frustrating trying to figure out the price on various items. Some things have a price tag, but many do not and are not listed on the useless LCD signs. If they had scanners located throughout the store it would be ok, but I'm not about to wait to get to the checkout to find out what an item costs. I'll wait until I go out of town to shop Kohl's in the future.

Came to this store multiple times to purchase things from the Sephora store. They are always out of stock. I wanted to order online since the store was always out of stock. They told me I have to order myself and they couldn’t do it in the store. This is unheard of for me.So I tried going online and was having a hard time using my gift card. So I went by the store for assistance. The girl at the counter told me I needed to download the app. I stood there trying to download the app and the internet was too slow. The manager came to try and assist and couldn’t help me either. It’s ridiculous they make it so difficult to order things online.Side note, we have a Kohls in Houston and it blows this one away. Not sure why they would open a brand new Kohls here and make it so shabby. There is very little to even choose from.

Well, what can I say. The store, restrooms were nice and clean - the store is new. My issue is I left angry and frustrated, felt ripped off and they made a profit off of my ignorance. I went to exchange a Christmas gift and they didn’t hold it so I could look around. I was given a gift card for a lot less than what the item cost at the store since I didn’t have a receipt. I told them I changed my mind about the return, that I wanted to void the return and take my item. They told me I had to buy the item back at the price they were currently selling it which was no longer on sale. They had nothing I wanted or needed for the amount on the gift card. Everything was overpriced. I finally ended up buying back my Christmas gift. So they sold it twice and I learned a hard lesson. I will not be going back. This store does not bring anything new to San Angelo, it’s more like an overpriced JCP. . It has no regard for its customers.

Let’s see. First impressions. The store looked new. The little black carts were a pain to move between the aisle's, because there is not a good view of the bottom of the cart, which is longer than the front. There were many items that were not marked with prices. The prices were high. There’s better prices in other stores, around town. I bought a bath mat, (which will hopefully last a while) to support the store. I wish them well, but don’t think I’d be a regular customer.

Nice and clean and organized. Nice restrooms and fitting rooms. This store has a little bit of everything. Womens, men’s, and children’s clothing. Toys, purses, home goods. Makeup and accessories. I had a good experience shopping here and I will definitely be back.
