The people who run it are very nice and were helpful in deciding on what size of unit to use. It was well lit when I went at night too, which was really nice!

This place is truly run with heart thanks to storage manager Elaine, she is the most caring manager that I have ever dealt with. The past 6 years have been a great experience so far and she is so helpful and will go above and beyond to keep her customers happy and everything running smoothly. I always feel safe and secure on that property and I love that every time you enter your code to come in and out you are arming and disarming your unit alarm. They're quarterly pest control contract is definitely on point because I have never had any issues in my unit. I only have a small outdoor unit but love knowing that they have indoor climate control ones if ever needed.

Used Lone Star Storage for almost 3 years. The service is great and the storage areas are clean. I needed a spring replaced on my door and they had it replaced within 48 hours. Very friendly and helpful.

Today I was servicing lone star storage and had a wonderful experience thanks to Elaine. She is truly such a nice, caring woman. She offered to get us lunch, water and offered to get anything that we wanted while we worked. She is the first manager that I have worked with that has ever been so genuine with her concern about us and it was truly appreciated. Best store manager I have ever worked with!

I had a climate control unit. If you plan to cancel you need to prepare to pay an extra month, i never understood but it’s kind of like you pay for the month in advance. how ever i don’t recommend these . The climate control unit that was assigned to me had scorpions, after seeing them i really didn’t wanna recover my items.
