My wife and I knew in a round about way what we wanted, but not exactly. Katrina helped us out with the estate mattress and it was great.

“We wanted to upgrade our living room and since we have an account at Conn's, we thought ok, we can get it their.! After sending us a letter stating our credit was raised by 5k, great. Wrong!! Conn's tried to send us to a 3rd party lender. 288.00 a month for a sofa and loveseat. Ripoff! We saw an add online for Express. We called and talked to Rhonda, who is awesome! We now have a sofa, loveseat, recliner and coffee table for less than Conn's wanted to charge. Thanks Rhonda.”
