“I CANNOT say enough good things about this facility and its staff. From the second I hobbled in the door tonight, everyone was incredibly kind and personable. They got me into a room quickly, and the overall wait time was very reasonable. Dr. Carroll is an absolute gem. We had a great, friendly chat, and he listened to my concerns/wishes for my care very well. I don’t have health insurance right now due to a recent job change, and they were upfront regarding their billing practices and pricing, also letting me know that I could opt out of care with no penalty if the cost was too high. Healthcare is a tough business these days, and these people have restored my faith in the true “care” part of the equation.”
