Meineke checked my truck and found a problem that we felt had not been reported was wrong with the vehicle. Their workers said to take it back to the dealership immediately.
Thank you Meineke for saving me thousands of dollars because they knew about the problem and did not tell me before I purchased the vehicle.

Great, fast experience. Went in for a brake inspection, found out why they were squealing, talked to the mechanic for a bit and was on my way. Very nice group of people that will walk you through your mechanical issues.

The team took great care of me and my car down to the small details. When they confirmed my name and contact information, the employee took care to say it very quietly and said he cared about my privacy, which made me feel so safe, especially as a woman by myself in a waiting room full of random people. They were so kind, would support them again!

They were fantastic!!! They fixed the initial problem within 24 hours. Unfortunately a secondary problem popped up and they did all they could to help me with minimal extra cost. Although they had to keep the car for a while to try and figure out what the secondary problem was, it turned out that the problem stemmed from using the aftermarket product. I was only required to pay for the difference in the aftermarket product to an oem product. They are super friendly and super courteous and I would highly recommend them.
