Where do I begin to share how exceptional my experience was. From the beginning of the process. Mr. Terrance English was open and honest about my options. He made this process as painless as possible. Upon arrival to the dealership to pick up my car several gentleman greeted me and made sure I knew where I needed to go. When signing my documents, Mr. Christopher Kemp explained each document clearly and made sure I knew what I was signing. Before I left in my new car, Terrance ensured I was road ready! This was my first new car purchase and if I had to do it all over again I would definitely select Mitchell Buick-GMC all over again.

Had oil and fuel filter change on my Chevy. Love the truck. Only thing is check engine light comes on all the time. Very very very very very Frustrating and that’s being nice. The service guys say it does that with my 3.0 Duramax. I had owned a VW Jetta Diesel. Not once did I have a check engine light on it. I did all of my PM’s on time. Almost had 300k miles on that car. I’m just not happy about the check engine coming on after I bring it in for a forced Regen or just clear it. IDK.
