Sean Fuentes was exceptional! I mean that sincerely, he was extremely polite and professional throughout the entire process. He helped me find what I was looking for he was able to relate to the situation as to why I was looking. Sean never pressured me, he was patient as my family and I weighed our options and best of all he was prompt in responses and had excellent communication. He was very knowledgeable and would field our questions even during his personal time away from the office. With my purchase there was an in and out (passthrough) with my trade and to the buyer of my trade could be difficult at times, however Sean did a great job of staying positive and upbeat with that buyer helping assure me the sale would go through and all would be well. To be completely honest, during the process and definitely at the end, I felt more of Sean as a friend than a salesperson. I have had such bad experiences in the past with car purchase process and the salesmen, but I can honestly say this purchase and process was a very pleasant experience. Driving a car that's to the market, an Envista, I get a lot of questions asked about it everywhere I go and in the short time since my purchase. I have already recommended Sean to multiple people interested in buying a vehicle and with a clear conscious could tell them they were in good hands. I would like to also acknowledge and express appreciation to Matt Gamble in Finance who was also extremely helpful and most of all patient with me. Matt was great in helping with number adjustments last minute and in helping me get the lowest APR possible. Matt was exceptional in looking out for me by handling my wife's "financial interrogation's" very well. Last, but not least was the GSM, Russell Moore. Russell was essential in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. Quickly locating it in transit and getting it to the dealership. Russell was also tremendously helpful in the process with my trade and the purchase. It was a team effort and they all worked great together. Best of all there was never any pressure, sales tactics, no hidden or fine print. All 3 of these men went above and beyond for me and my family, they were straight forward, open, and honest throughout the entire process. I am actually looking forward to future service at this dealership and I am excited about the beginning of a long lasting relationship with Mitchell Buick.

I was very pleased when I left ther with my new car i told him exactly what I was looking for . He was very efficient. Great personality. & very courteousHe got me the car I wanted took his time & explained everything in detail.i was amazed how concerned he was about my getting into the car I wanted & in my price range. I buy a new car every 2 years this is the first time I left very satisfied. He is very knowledgeable & made me feel at ease about my purchaseI will definitely refer him to my family,friends. Etc.& will request sergio cardenas as my salesman. And I love my new car .

I am so happy with my first car purchase here at San Angelo, JANEL helped me the first time I call her to inquire with the terrains, and when I stepped the lot she immediately accommodate me and allow to check on other units that will possible fit my budget. She even goes the extra mile to drop me home after processing the papers until i get the unit!!! I would definitely refer her to my other friends that will be assigned here in San Angelo. :)

Brought my car in for insurance covered work. Adjuster signed papers and let them know they would mail a check. Not good enough for them to give me my car. Held my car for 5 days. I finally just paid the entire amount and insurance will send me payment instead. I do not recommend if you would like your vehicle in a timely manner. Josh in service is very nice, Chris, not so much.

Ricky was a very big part of the reason we bought our Buick. We actually found the same vehicle down the street for several thousand dollars less but went with Ricky because we trusted him to close our purchase with the best price, interest rate and trade in. We bought Reggie’s Denali from Ricky and Reggie’s previous Suburban and my Encore from Mitchell’s and appreciate the service departments help throughout the years. Mostly Ricky is so helpful and never pushy. Great guy!

Purchased 2024 Sierra 2500 AT4 6.6 diesel. Not even 3000 miles and I am getting less than 10 MPG city. Went to customer service and they said not our problem. I need a diagnostic check to see why the low MPG. Had to find someone to help from a 1 800 #. Now that I have service department attention, it is a 2 month waiting list.I am dreading if something else fails and they will give me a difficult time to get help.They are very bad here with customer service.

My family purchased a Hyundai Palisade from Mitchell Buick-GMC. When we called to have an issue serviced, we were informed that the 60,000 mile factory warranty prohibited them from servicing the vehicle. The Service Manager told us it would have to be taken to a Certified Hyundai Service department dispite the fact we had purchased the extended warranty through Mitchell Buick-GMC for several thousand dollars! The stipulations of the extended warranty should have been better explained. As for servicing the car, they could at the very least make an effort to schedule an appointment with the local certified service department (their customer service reputation isn't the best). Must be time for a New General Manager ? The reputation of Mitchell's sales and service department isn't the best, although the wonderful reviews from their family and friends paint them as the best ever. Your response is irrelevant

I was helped immediately upon arrival, and was in a car for a test drive within 10 minutes. It was even the specific model I was searching for. Mike Miles was kind and really listened to me when I told him what I had in mind. Everything went smoothly & quickly. It was a very easy and stress-free experience.
