Mitchel Toyota service department has been fabulous. My Toyota is 7 years old and they have gladly worked on anything I needed. I recently got front brakes and they were as efficient and thorough as they always have been. Dawn is great at communicating costs and optional repairs. She sees the job through and is an expert in her field.

Made an appointment for a simple oil change…took an hour and a half. Heck I can get an oil change in 10-15 minutes elsewhere. I wasn’t the only one in the waiting room enduring LONG wait. Won’t do that again!

I’m not one to write reviews on things but I’ve bought other cars at other dealers in San Angelo and I am very impressed with this dealership! I bought a 2025 Rav4 from Roger Torres and he was awesome! I went in on a budget and what I wanted for my trade in and he helped me get into a new car! I appreciate that he was very honest and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need and patient with all my questions. I will definitely be using them from now on with my car purchases.
