“We went into the store upgrade her 14 iPhone had a critical battery error and would no longer hold a charge. Eric assisted us and he was awesome from the start. We told him we wanted a iPhone 16 and he guided us through the options--no hard selling. Once we decided and purchased the phone he guided us through the data transfer from the 14 to 16. During the transfer he demonstrated the new features of the 16 and made the entire experience painless. Thank you Eric!!!!”
“I want to give a huge shoutout to two incredibly outstanding employees — Jaime and Luis! I came in during one of the most stressful weeks of my life. I was sick myself, had a very sick grandchild at home, and on top of all that I was dealing with a phone that had given me nothing but problems. I was stressed and I will admit I probably wasn't the easiest customer, but Jaime handled everything with such grace, patience and professionalism that she completely blew me away. She got everything transferred over to my new phone perfectly and I could not be more grateful! And then there was Luis, what an amazing young man!
