We told him we wanted a iPhone 16 and he guided us through the options--no hard selling. Once we decided and purchased the phone he guided us through the data transfer from the 14 to 16. During the transfer he demonstrated the new features of the 16 and made the entire experience painless. Thank you Eric!!!!”
