My son zach Watson has a unit at the Ko Ben ficklin area has been trying to contact the company , no one can give him information nor return his calls regarding his belongings nor his unit . he went to get his stuff out of storage noticed the lock was different than the one he put on , and the latch where you put a lock on had been broken . I made another call to the number on Google today got a representative you could hardly understand her name “Kate “ asked who the property manager name she didn’t know . Just she would relay a message and call my son . He has called numerous times and emailed them , very frustrating 😡😡 they lost their house in the flood here in San Angelo back in July had all their belongings they could save from the flood in the unit my grandkids toys etc. he can’t get anyone to give him an answer as to why a different lock is on his unit and if his family’s belongings are in fact in unit . As I just read reviews of a lot of break ins at this location of course at the time of the flood every locations were occupied to help families . Wished we knew of these reviews prior . 😡😡

Bad experience from the first day. I didn't even want to give them one star. The customer service department is clueless. They sent me on a wild goose chase around town looking for a special lock for the unit. Every where I went the people I asked about the lock, said this place sends everyone looking, but on line is the only place to get them. So more money was wasted looking for this lock in town. So after receiving this special lock for my unit from Amazon. Went to the Unit and it was full of trash. It's funny how when I move out I have to take a picture of a cleaned out unit for them, but I didn't find it that way and had to clean up the last tenants mess.. after submitting my full coverage insurance for the vehicle I parked there they continued to harass me about proof of insurance, until I called and then all of the sudden they were satisfied. Only to get more emails after saying I needed to resubmit. Over all I would never recommend this place for your storage needs.

WARNING! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!! Wish I had read the reviews first! I didn’t have a storage an hour after paying online, they couldn’t tell me which location my unit was at and when I finally found it, it was full of trash! I called for a refund after seeing how unprofessional they were, they wouldn’t refund me even tho I hadn’t had the unit a couple hours! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

Doing the leasing online was quick and easy. The facility is well cared for and bright. There was a slight hiccup with the door bolt but the facility corrected it super quickly and professionally. Would truly recommend if in need.

I spoke with Constance, she was kind & very informative with helping me book my storage unit.
When booking the storage I was informed it would be gated & even made a code to enter. I arrived & my unit was not in the gated/coded area. Yes there was a chain fence, but the gate was open where anyone can enter.
They recently up’d the price, i had originally picked this unit because of its cheap amount (50+10 for insurance) now they up’d it to 70 + insurance.
