Such a great experience. They knew everything about a new bird Siren, what she likes and what she does. They really care about the animals there. This will be the only place I go to from now on

Good store. Never had any probs. They will take in large fish and adopt/resale for a bargain. I got 2 huge Angels for 10 bucks (adopted) there that would've been 25 bucks each in DFW! The website however says open until 10pm on Sat when They actually close at 9pm. They need to change this on the website!

Prices are a bit higher than ordering online. Cashiers have pronouns on their name tags, which is just stupid. If you're a guy, I'm calling you he and if you're a real woman, I'm calling you she. Don't expect me to facilitate your illusions.

So their fish are healthy. I never have a fish death when I buy fish from their aquariums. However their bettas have been hitor miss on how healthy they are. Wild recommend them for the majority of their freshwater fish. I can't comment on salt water as I don't currently keep them.
Reptiles are in good health and they have a decent spread of equipment.
Birds are healthy, though sadly their supplies are lacking
Decent dog and cat supplies.
Can't comment on their dog training options sense I haven't used them, same with the pocket pets. Though they appear healthy.
