The groomers get a 5* plus!! when I came in this morning this woman in a gray tee shirt was just rude - talking over groomer as we talked - talked down to both of us - she really thinks she is important - in 12 visits have never seen her before- just now I asked salon team who she was - they told me her name was Christine - she used to be salon manager but now the Asst store mgr - when I told them how I felt about the encounter - they were very professional and and apologized for her - I could tell on their faces they pretty much agreed - she is not an asset to your great business - she is one of those people that just wants to manage so they can tell others what to do - not a team builder !!

I just wanted to give Brooke a shout out. An elderly lady in front of me in line was explaining to her that her dog was not eating and they were going to have to put it down due to cancer. Brooke showed so much patience and compassion and took the time to comfort this woman and give her a hug. It was truly inspiring. We need more people like Brooke!

Horrible horrible experience for my parents little yorkie! They shaved her bald all over!! A YORKIE REALLY!!! My God we are all devastated from this!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! And we even give instructions on what we wanted and they have cut her hair before and they did ok, I would give zero stars if I could! Super disappointed!!
