“Spacious, well lit, clean place to get gasoline. You can pay at pump or window. At window, there are limited lottery tickets available. The gas station is kept clean. There's multiple pumps to choose from and 4 selections at each pump including diesel fuel. Sometimes car wash is available but most of the time it is broken. Getting in and out of the lot can be tricky during high volume times.”

“This HEB is the nicest and cleanest one I've ever been in. The people are genuinely nice and helpful. I live near Odessa and I've been in both Odessa stores and both Midland stores and they could learn some things from this Manager. He or She should be proud of their employees and their work. I would give this store 10 stars!”

“This place is amazing. It is nice to have a compounding pharmacy locally, especially in this community. As under-served medically as we are here in rural west Texas, I just wished they worked directly with insurance so the hassle didn't fall onto families who are more often than not dealing with stressful situations.”

“I use curbside pickup at least 1-2 times a week, but lately they have been messing up my orders and it has been a hassle to get them fixed. Hopefully they improve but HEB in general is great and I like their groceries.”

“Normally a good place to shop. Got frustrated today. I was doing a self-checkout and waited a fair length of time for somebody to approve the alcohol purchase. Had no less than seven employees walk past before that happened”

“I was in town visiting my son and needed a prescription filled. This was hands down one of my best experiences and the absolutely most friendly people I could encounter. I told my family, it’s experiences like these that make you want to leave the big city and move to a town like San Angelo! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being so friendly and welcoming. I’ll forever promote the amazing place!”

“The cheapest fuel in town sometimes it’s a little crowded, worth the drive and wait. I have noticed if someone is having a problem the attendant will step over ask if they can help. The only problem I have experienced, is bed tank hold 40 gallons and I get about about 3/4 full and have to run my card again. It’s bad but the hassle of having to get down and start the pump again. If that regular tank is nearly empty and bed tank is empty then I have to enters a total of three times holding up everyone behind me. It seems to upset some people.”

“I don’t know why I haven’t done this sooner, but GOD BLESS THIS PLACE. I’m so incredibly thankful for my nurse Natalie here. She has gone above and beyond for me every single time I’ve needed it. Anytime my insurance has been an issue, she’s been on top of keeping me informed or letting me know when I need to get involved, also with Shannon. She always treats me with the utmost care when having to stick me with my IV. The entire team has truly made the difficulty of my experience with this decease so much more tolerable. I’m so grateful that I found Vital Care after all of the frustration I’ve experienced with the hospital here. Without these wonderful people, I don’t know if I’d even be able to take my infusions.”

“While this store seems to be understaffed, as per usual in America, the employees there are usually helpful, Today I urgently needed to buy some Primatene Mist (inhaler),. I interrupted a young man from h is pricing tasks in one of the aisles. He was very friendly and walked me to the area where the Primatene was stocked. I was shocked at how high the retail cost is. Especially at the end of the month, my low-income budget is almost wiped out, so I did not even know if I ought to be buying this one item.

I decided to pay the full retail, since I really need to be able to breathe. We tried to use my OTC benefit card through my United Healthcare Medicare coverage, but the card could not be used through the payment machine. I told him that I had $8.79 remaining benefits for the month of December. Since we could not use the 'normal' way, he suggested that we see if we could use an alternative method. It worked! He processed a refund for the full amount that I had just approved on the machine, since I did not see any other option prior to him coming up with the alternative method to get the payment to go through.

This was not a quick transaction, but it worked, and rather than paying the $32.49 total, instead the cost ended up being. $22.74! AT no point in this process did I get the feeling that he was in a huge hurry to get it done. Even with customers waiting to be helped behind me, his calmly continued to be helpful and patient until we were done.

The kind of helpfulness that this young man demonstrated was exemplary, and so rare these days. In helping me today, he was not only a cashier, he was much more than that.
He seemed to really care about my predicament, and he did more than just the minimum, more than simply taking the customers' money and not even attempting to find alternatives. When I come across a person like him, I just want to hug him. It is so rare these days to really receive care, especially from young people who all too often act as if any customer request is an imposition that they clearly seem to resent.

I am very grateful for young people like him! And knowing that CVS has an employee like him, it makes me more inclined to shop in this store in the future.

Thank you, CVS @ College Hills in San Angelo, TX!”

“Joining Sam's club, getting a credit card, joining their pharmacy. That's the points of interest on my review. Utilizing Sam's club to buy groceries shoes has been excellent. I have no complaints. Getting a credit card for Sam's help save money and gifts rewards. Using an app to pay for gas, heck yea. Purchasing food like a slice of pizza and a drink, or a hotdog from time to time before we leave for my grandkids has been a treat, and very affordable . Let's get to the pharmacy this is where I've had issues. I get attitude if they bring it out to curb side. It seems to be some sort of an issue. I go in the evening because it fits my schedule. When I very first joined sams club I asked if the pharmacy had the availability for curbside they told me yesterday definitely, from the hours that they were open and they had curb side between those hours. This was confirmed by the employee in the pharmacy. I thought great this will be perfect an all-around store to get all the items I need. But wait, when I have a prescription that I cannot pickup they seem to be testy as well. Then they call with a testy attitude if I cannot pick up my prescriptions in their timely manner. I guess they don't understand that sometimes it's between eating and medications. Or paying a bill and medications. You have to do what you have to do, I live life on a budget. Or there have been times I'm sick or other life events happen. I definitely don't want an attitude for it. Especially since I'm paying for a membership. Otherwise I love Sam's club. I have saved money. I'm simply to aged to argue with the pharmacy. I was asking to leave a review and my thoughts on Sam's by a club employee. Hope this sums it up. The coolest thing is paying for gas without having a card with my phone at any Sam's. I love the rewards”

“This Walmart location is truly a friendly market to the neighbor. A lady (I believe Mary) helped me at the front as I froze the card reader by pushing too many of the wrong buttons. She treated me kindly and efficiently kept everything moving at a productive pace. From shopping here often, I can tell this positive energy seems to be team led from early in the morning to right before closing. If you don't want to wait in line and appreciate a warm welcome, this is the place.”

“My 15 year old asthmatic son was diagnosed with Covid today. He needed a steroid inhaler that costs over $350 that is with insurance….. I expressed that we had to have it no matter what. The lady on the phone found a coupon and the inhaler ended up costing us $169. Much more reasonable and this momma truly appreciates it. Thank you for going above and beyond for our community!”

“Food King has its ups and downs. Mostly I believe it is predicated to me. I hate going to the store anyway.A great deal of this store experience relies on how I feel. Very nice workers at this place! Just remember they are stressed to the limit, just as you are.”

“Had to get meds here on an emergency situation. Staff were friendly and nice, but the frustrating part was that they didn't run my insurance and I had to pay cash and then submit for reimbursement.”

“The pharmacy has always given great service and usually has the meds I need. However, the automated service is terrible. They really need to update it because it is very glitchy. It kept asking me the same question and it would interrupt itself! Very annoying!”

“The pharmacy staff was very accomodating. When my insurance wouldn't cover my meds they had cards similar to GoodRX that dropped my price from over $100 down to $6. I was blown away. This was the 24hr pharmacy. The store itself is very clean and the cashiers are very friendly.”

“There is a girl that works here that even memorized my children's names to make it easier to get their medication. Only for that I am giving 5 stars. Without her this would be a 3.”
