Super friendly. Appears to care about your pet. Super fast. Does an OUTSTANDING grooming job. Groomed my pet as requested. YAY I have not been able to get other grooming places to do what I requested. Plus with them being super fast I’m not having to wait eight hours on my pet to be done. This is a great place to bring your pet.

Receptionist and groomer very nice
However they flea dipped without calling
Me first and charged an extra $20 which is insane price. They already charge $68 for a yorkie cut which is higher than anyone in town. Not a happy customer and won’t

I Love this place! The staff is always friendly and attentive to all of our requests. Audra is fantastic with our 2 fur babies, and we appreciate all of the staff!

They did so well taking care of my cat! I was worried because she seems skittish towards strangers but she had a big matted ball of fur for the longest time. But the pet groomer Kyra says she didn't put up a fuss and she smelled so nice afterwards. the little pink bandana was a nice touch. <3

Pure Heart Pet is amazing! Bella’s haircut is perfect! She is not just shaved, definitely done by a professional. Plus, they went out of their way to help me because I started having seizures there. Truly an amazing place!!!

I took Maddie my precious Shih Tzu to be groomed and Austin did a fabulous job. We were both treated so very well. Of course we then bought some wonderful treats for later at home.

Came here for the first time looking for dog treats. They have a wide variety. They even have some fresh baked cookies which were extremely cute. Unfortunately, the black icing/coating on some of the cookies, made my dog's business turn black for two days. Not sure if that was good or not but I'll refrain from getting any more of those cookies for him.

Definitely recommend bringing your dogs here! I took my dog Ivy here for the first time and we had a great experience. Really great communication and my dog was happy when I picked her up. She looked great and smelled good too. You have us as returning customers and thank you so much!

I used grooming service months ago and it was great. Nice front desk lady and sweet groomer that too her time. HOWEVER, something has changed . I booked a grooming appt a few days ago and a lady called me today and said “ I see here in your notes you were very dissatisfied the last time and what is it you really want ? Not professional sounding at all. I told the lady I didn’t ever complain that I was satisfied and maybe the notes are in wrong customer! She asked if I had shot records on my dog which I showed that before but I explained that dog was due for shots last weeek but have a vet appointment next week. Just a few days out of the window. Immediately the lady said “oh no we can’t do that” I got the impression and feeling they wanted nothing to do with me and she was quick to cancel my appointment and hung up quickly. By the way she spoke to me it was in a very rushed manner to get off the phone. That was my perception anyway. It was very strange and different than the first time I went. I do not recommend !

My Stella looks beautiful. She was so clean and happy upon pick up. The groomer did a wonderful job overall. My Stella is a more indoor dog, so she will stay nice for a longer time than my boys. Worth the money

I can not even express enough how happy I am with this place! Owner and groomer went above and beyond to make my puppy and I very comfortable with her first grooming. I was so scared and nervous about how she would do with her first grooming. My puppy went right to Kyra as though she had been doing it every day of her life. Kyra is super sweet and did an amazing job!!! The boutique is absolutely adorable and has the neatest things for your fur baby. Everything is set up nicely and makes it easy to shop while your dog is being groomed. Remi and I will definitely be back soon!!!Thank you Jenny, Kyra and Jazz for making Remi and I feel welcomed and right at home.(((HUGS))) from Remi and Kary?
