Booked this room last minute on a very busy Saturday in San Angelo. The original room we booked at the La Quinta was very dirty, and they understood and gave us a refund. Well if that one was dirty, I don't even know what to call this. We were given one room, and my wife checked the beds immediately. They were covered in urine and what looked like some blood stains. Both beds in the room. There were also some lovely bugs in the room as well. The front desk girl, Amy, who was lovely, showed us the only other available room they had. which also had 2 beds, and 1 of them was just as filthy. The other bed had a few stains that looked like food. She said she totally understood if we did not want to stay, and we said we did not. We left, and she stated we could call Monday to speak with the manager. We did, no reply. Same Tuesday. So we called Choice Hotels, who were pretty mortified to hear what happened. They called the manager, who answered, said she was aware, and that we did stay overnight. We tried to contact her. No answer. Choice Hotels said they would investigate and offered some compensation. Great, but I still want my money back on my credit card. We did finally speak to Emily on the phone, who at first, said it wasn't her that was speaking to both my credit card company and her corporate office, that was someone else, and she would investigate. Called today for an update, no answer. Called corporate who called her, and as soon as they said "refund", she hung up on them.Don't stay here. It's dirty. The manager clearly does not care, but will do everything to ensure you have issues getting refunded. The Motel 6 on Bryant was suprisingly much cleaner, ask for Steve if you go, he is a absolute gentleman. If she put half the effort into cleaning the place as she does into not answering the phone or dodging voicemails, she would probably have the nicest place in the Concho.

Don’t believe the 5 stars, this stay was not worth $280 for two nights. I was bamboozled by the 5 star reviews and photo shop images of the rooms online. In person, the hotel and rooms are ghetto fabulous. The Tv has no channels to watch, no towels for two people, and no iron board. If you stay here don’t forget to bring your own pillows and bathing towels. I gave it 5 stars because I didn’t see not one roach as I was paranoid expecting one in the hotel’s condition and location.

Very clean, newly refurbished room. Nice and quiet. The pool was clean and refreshing. The two different ladies working behind the front desk were both very friendly.

after sitting in a Taco Bell parking lot (7 minutes away from the quality Inn) Going through all of the motels in the area. Quality Inn was my go to because all the other motels had stuff about roaches and bedbugs on the "recent" reviews.I must say everything was clean, and in order. Towels were white! Entire restroom and sink area was all clean. The bedding was clean and white, no stains. I had a room with two queen beds. I didn't have shampoo and conditioner with me, so luckily, they had the amenities sitting out for my use. It has a coffee maker in the room, along with an iron and ironing board. It has a microwave and a small refrigerator, a drawer, dresser, a desk and a dining table. for the amount of money that I pay, I have to admit that it was definitely worth the amount and yes, I might've paid $10 more than at those other places but I can at least say there were NO bedbugs & NO roaches NOR any other type of critters or insects. Also, in the mornings, you get a voucher at the desk to go to eat breakfast at the restaurant that is connected to the office. It's a limited menu, but in my opinion, it was the perfect amount of food. You can upgrade if you would like with the voucher.I was very happy with my stay! and I will return the next time I'm in town. Also, the lady that checked me in last night on February 27th was super nice and Informative. I was very very tired and she got me into my room fast.PERFECT PLACE- PERFECT RATES!!!!

Kudos to management. They really helped us out in a hard time. Price was fair, service was great and room was clean and well furnished. Cons: ice machine didn’t work and watch out for the restaurant they use for the vouchers. The restaurant, Roxie’s, ripped us off for 18$ on a free breakfast because I added a coffee, extra slice of bacon and change the single piece of toast to a single biscuit. And I was only allowed 1 refill on coffee. The hotel management defended us and I gave the refund to the waitress who deserved it. But the restaurant is not affiliated to the hotel. So don’t let that discourage you from staying at this hotel. I slept well and got a late check out and the staff were great!

An excellent little place to rest at an affordable cost. So let me start by saying, I was very apprehensive when I pulled up, so I asked to look at my room before I checked in. No problem! Gave them my license and I checked the room. It was super clean, smelled very good and secure. There are security cameras everywhere and the woman the front desk was incredibly nice and service oriented. Peter did an amazing fast repair on my door deadbolt. Honestly, I am a hotel snob, but I have stayed here twice due to the price being half of other hotels - book on the app. to save about $12 per night. The only negative pertains to the restaurant next door who is contracted to do their breakfast. You take a hotel breakfast voucher and they let you select from the free menu. The food is decent, but the restaurant customer service SUCKS. They give you a styrofoam cup and paper plate, even though other patrons are given real dinnerware. They got snippy when I asked for a real coffee cup. They treated an elderly couple (who also used their breakfast voucher) sitting next to me like dirt. That is such a dumb business move on their part, insulting prospective returning lunch customers with cash and those who would upgrade with breakfast additions. In short the hotel and staff amazing.

If you want basic comfort and low cost, this is your hotel. Has all the basic ameninties and comfortable furniture. But our room stunk badly, like a high school locker room. I think it was the carpet which was in bad shape and in need of replacement. On the plus side, the lady who checked us in was very pleasant and accomodating. Our room was also clean, no complaints about that.Breakfast is free but about as basic as you can get, For exaample: 1 coffee, 2 eggs, 1 toast, 1 sausage or bacon.Location is good especially if you have business at Goodfellow.

I booked online . It wasn't what I was expecting. It was ok. It was one of those hotels that you park in front of your room. The first room we were given the bathroom sink was leaking. Water puddled on the floor. Moved rooms and this one seemed ok. The shower faucet leaked a little but it was fine. The next morning when I took a shower the water was less than lukewarm and my husband had used the only 2 towels in the bathroom so I got to dry off with a hand towel. I'm getting tired of trying to save money by booking a less than ideal room it's just not worth the aggravation

I would have given it 5 stars if the room had a mini-fridge and the ice machine had been closer. Breakfast is provided but starts at 7AM, which is a little later than I needed.
