I forget my necklace in bed return after 10 minutes of check out they already removed the sheets ,and never returned my necklace...it was only 10 minutes then they got mad because i wanted it back you could see in their eyes of the manager and the cleaner lady they were lying they found it but didnt returned i guess these people have no morals and think finders keepers,shame on them if i could rate -5 reviews

Do not consider this hotel. Not in a good area. Older hotel with doors opening to parking lot. Upon arrival a little after 3 pm, I waited in parking lot to view any kind of activity before checking in. After checking in, I decided to take a look at the room before fully unloading luggage. The door lever was loose. Trying to open the door was unsuccessful. Older style card entry system. Returned to lobby to let the man know. He decided to come out and show me. The door handle lifts up rather than down. After using the restroom I left the room. Door closing required assistance and then didn't lock. Has to return to lobby to let him know and once again he came to see about my complaint. I told him I didn't feel safe and asked for a different room. He said none available. He was willing to cancel reservation at no charge. I couldn't have been more happy to leave that location even though I might've been in a position to sleep in my car. The lobby also had very strong curry food smell. The room smelled old also. The computer system must also be old and outdated. Everything took a long time. My unfortunate timing into SA was in April during the annual month long rodeo which landed me in a position of not having anywhere to sleep for 4 days. I was told via the Wyndham reservation system it was the only one with availability for all days in my stay. Ended up being false information.I gave this one star because 1/2 or no stars isn't possible. Wyndham should not have their name attached to this hotel.

Room was clean and nice, the only issue I had was one of the lamps/outlets on the side of the bed didn't work and I had to move the microwave to the room because the cord couldn't reach the outlet. #205 Staff was friendly.

I booked a first floor room online and paid ahead of time. Was given a room on 2nd floor. I am temporarily handicapped and expressed this to front desk clerk. She was not helpful at all. Then told me it would be another $20 charge to be on first floor. Then after paying for room online I was charged another $50 in case something got broke in room and was told once room was checked it could take 3 to 5 days to get $50 back. No plug for bath tub. Volume on TV was not working. Had to call front desk for the clerk to bring a working remote for volume and she would not leave it. DO NOT STAY HERE, THEY DON'T GIVE A DARN ABOUT THEIR GUESTS. IF I COULD GIVE SERVICE A NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD.

We only stayed there 1 night. The bath tub didn’t have a plug and there was NO way to get water up to shower head!! I asked for a king bed and ended up with 2 double beds. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!! I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!

Breakfast was terrible. The room was dirty. The electronics were not plugged in. I had to move furniture to plug the TV and lamps in. The tub would not drain quickly, leaving me standing in water while I showered. I left a note, but the manager did not contact me. This hotel has a golden Opportunity to get a good reputation, simply because the location is great. They sure missed it with room 208!!!

Where to start. The AC was completely off. 100 degrees in Texas. Turned it on and by 3am it cooled off. The remote for the tv did not work. The direct tv did not worked so I rebooted/ unplugged it. Finally worked but no remote. Called the desk originally but nobody answers. The door to the ice did not work downstairs. The owner said key card does not work so he had to basically man handle the handle to make it open.

This is a fairly small hotel so it is nice and quiet. The owner and employees always meet me with a smile. I have stayed here several times. I would recommend it to any traveler. The breakfast could have more options but overall its a very nice place to stay
