These folks have been AWESOME! Not only did they work with me to find the most cost-effective solution, but have been so patient about having to hang onto my vehicle for an extended time since I actually live in Minnesota and had loaned the car to friends who had it break down on them just outside of Midland. When I let them know it would be another week at least before anyone could come get it, they called me back and said they would drive it to my friend's place in Dallas for me since they plan to go camping and could caravan there, drop the car, and then continue on to their camping trip. I don't know too many places that would make such an offer.

Robert has excellent customer service, very helpful & kind! Our car started acting weird on the loop and not shifting gears or accelerating, we took it over to be looked at and he read the codes and got us fixed up instantly!

Drove town to Texas from South Dakota. On the way, transmission temp light came on around Oklahoma City. Got down to Wichita Falls, had a transmission shop take a look. Computer pulled no codes, and all they could think was that my oil cooler was dirty and they hosed it with compressed air. Got back on the road, no change, transmission was still hot af. Limped into San Angelo at 50mph, gave the truck to Randy, he got it diagnosed and fixed for me quickly first thing Monday morning so I could get back home and stay on schedule. A new trans oil cooler was installed and I made it back home to South Dakota with the problem 100% resolved. 5 stars, hands down.

We took our pickup here for a new transmission. First, they quoted us incredibly high on it so we decided to get a used transmission and have them put it in. We called the shop multiple times asking for the transmission model and to double check because the transmission model they gave up was typically for a larger diesel pickup and ours is not a diesel. We continued to call wreck yards to get a transmission and after giving them the VIN and specs of our pickup, they told us a completely different model ( the correct one). At this point our transmission was already out of the pickup so were to point of no return. CLEAR as day on the transmission it says the model of it, the complete WRONG one the shop had been telling us for 2 weeks! We got our new transmission in and a WEEK later our drive shaft on the pickup was rattling. They did not torque the bolts down for our drive shaft so it completely came lose and was sitting on the exhaust of our pickup. After we called the shop informing them, they were not even slightly remorseful, just said " tow it in and we will fix it." Luckily it was an easy fix we could do at the house. We are sooo disappointed in this company. We do not recommend them to anyone. Take your money elsewhere.

Fixed my transmission leak for $360 when Midas wanted $950. Great shop with friendly and helpful staff. Hopefully won’t have to but I will definitely use them again if need be.
