I hadn’t had my hair cut in over a year, it was very long, wavy, poofy, frizzy. I couldn’t manage it and wanted it all chopped off! But I did decide to cut medium-short with choppy textured layers and let me tell ya, miss Terry got it right!!! I didn’t know where to go to get a cut, as I have only lived in San Angelo a year. I really feel like the Lord directed my steps to Reflections, and specifically to Terry!“We can make our plans, but the Lord determines our steps.”Proverbs 16:9 NLTAbsolutely Love how my hair came out! Loved my time! Terry is awesome! She takes the time to get it exactly how you want it, she takes the time to explain what she does We found our hair lady ♡ I was eager to make my mom an appt with Terry for her birthday :)May the Lord Continue to Bless Terry’s Hands, so she can continue to do beautiful work ?

Gail was amazing!! I was trying to get back to my natural red hair color and she almost nailed it!! Red is so hard to color and she did a great job and educated me on red follicles and what extra care is necessary. She took extra time comparing color samples to try and get me as close as she could.

I came from out of state to visit my brother. I haven’t had anything done with my hair in over a year as every time someone touches my hair they ruin it! So I figured I would try again since Im out of state. Got an appointment with Terry for a trim and I walked out looking like a million bucks! My hair was dry, damaged, split ends like crazy, frizzy, no volume and she got me all sorted out. She even went as far as taking the time to show and tell me to take care of my hair properly as I have wavy hair and have not mastered it yet. And no one and I mean NO ONE has ever done that before! She is definitely not the hair dresser that wants to get you in and out the chair, she wants to help and teach if you’re having problems with your hair, products, and styling. Even gave me her number if I has any questions about hair products or what to do with my hair! Not only am I hours and a state away from this salon and no reason to come back as my brother will be leaving here soon, I would so make a trip just come to Terry again. Terry for the win! 10000% recommend her lady’s! Will not be disappointed at all, gave me confidence back with my hair and she will be my motivation to master my wavy hair! This is a hair dresser that will go above and beyond if needed. Thank you Terry! (I hope I’m spelling your name right?) Went in trying to get a hair cut. No one at the front, waited a few minutes and my husband found someone who was rude and said everyone was gone already. Horrible experience and we were only there 5 minutes!

We called and quoted a color for way less than we paid. it was just funny how the stylist asked me how much a cut and color would be in new york, i said 165ish for high end, then she charged me 165. It was a good cut but I wouldn't go back. There seems to be no real pricing system. She also said she may have charged me per hour and she had me there for about 3 hours. It's suspicious.

Destiny was extremely wonderful and empathetic to my situation with my hair and cut it. I thought I wasn't going to like it but I absolutely do. She is wonderful, the other stylists and front desk staff were wonderful as well. Very welcoming, would come again.

What can I say....? I was skeptical using a new place as you typically get the stylist with the least experience. Well...if that's what I got this girl knows her stuff! Abbie was simply amazing. She's very quiet but can also carry a conversation if prompted. She's very thorough and meticulous in her work. Reminded me of when I paint on canvas. You get into your world and make it perfect. And that's just what she did. Very gentle and calm in every move. I did something I've never done in my entire life of 65 years....I made a return appointment before I left. That's how pleased I was with my hair. Posting pic after being wind blown back to my car and even then the picture does not come even close to doing her justice. I love it! My hair was botched!!!! I thought this would be a legit and professional place to get my hair done. But no. My hair is now completely messed up. I wanted a trim. A TRIM!! Ive been growing my hair for about a year and now its back to the original length ? And the lady gave me "layers" and she went and chopped so much hair off. The front right side of my hair is above my chin and a blunt straight line. and the rest of my hair is so much longer. I asked her if she could blend it twice and she didnt. I even told her i didnt like how my hair went into a v in the back and would prefer a straight line and she refused. Before cutting my hair she showed me how much she was going to cut off (maybe half an inch to an inch) and when i stood up i saw 2-3 inches on the floor cut off. The front is so short i cant even really hide it easily. I cant put it in a bun, low pony for work or braid. This hair cut literally looks like something i would have done in junior high. I am beyond embarassed to even go out in public. Yall are better off going to supercuts to get a haircut done. Save your hair and DO NOT go here.

I highly recommend Erica Sanchez at Reflections Day Spa. She is extremely kind and professional. Erica listens to all my concerns and I always leave feeling 110%. Her calendar fills quickly but she is well worth the wait! 10/10 recommend!!
