This is a very decent hotel but it is really hard to find the entrance it's kind of tucked away.
Staff is very friendly rooms are clean and tidy, pool is small but adequate. I usually stay at hotels with free breakfast but this was an exception

Customer service was horrible! Room service you do not get any. An you hope the sheets are clean second time we have stayed there and the sheets have been stained. And you got to go down and get towels if you're staying more than one day!

Great Staff!!! Treat Ya Like Family!!! I Honestly Talk To The Front Desk Clerks As If We We're Long Time Friends, I Appreciate The Home Away From Home Type Of Attitude Given!!!

The clerk was rude when we asked for another room on the other side of the first room there were people hanging out and being loud It was 1 a.m. we spent the day driving and wanted sleep. He implied we were racist and went in to tell us how others have requested room changes because of that. We told him repeatedly they were yelling and partying and wanted rest and that we had children sleeping. He said it’s memorial weekend people want to party. This was after he asked about travels and I told him we came from a funeral in new Mexico. A motel is a place you should be able to get rest not listen to people party all night. Guy was all about pleasing the people blowing off steam and not the weary travelers who come to rest. How dare we want to sleep at 1:00 in the morning!!

The room was clean and had a fridge, microwave and coffee machine. The front desk person was very nice. Fantastic, especially for the price. The only small issue was the TV was a little dark but worked fine.

Nice, quiet, affordable place to stay while in town. The front desk person was very sweet, though we did have to wait until after 6 pm to get into our room as it was still being cleaned, and there were several noticeable stains on walls and lamp shades. But otherwise it was clean and comfortable.

I'm going to try to be fair here, which is why I'm giving 4 stars, but I am on the fence between that and 3 stars.Pros:- Large rooms- Descent sized TV- Nice, fairly new, furniture- Comfortable beds- Plenty of pillowsI'm on the fence with the carpet. A lot of folks complain about it, but mine doesn't seem that bad. Maybe just old and they have tried to have them cleaned professionally?Cons:- Only bar soap, no shampoo (I would recommend soap dispensers for the hotel. Better for cleaning staff, cheaper for hotel, better for the customer) - *EDIT* staying here a second time in a different room. They do leave shampoo, but it's out by the sink when the bar soap is on the tubs edge. I just missed that the first time. But still recommend soap dispensers.- Mold in the bottom corners of the shower where the wall met the tub. Can't tell me this is staining because I grabbed a wash cloth and wiped it off. But if cleaning staff is missing something so simple, it makes me wonder what else is skipped on. Did I actually get fresh linens? Or was the bed just remade?If your cleaning staff is slacking on important items like this, you need to find out why. Are they over worked? Under paid? Under trained? Just don't care? Whatever the issue, it needs to be taken care of. When your cleaning staff slacks, your customers suffer and thus, your ratings suffer. This hotel was so close to being able to earn 5 stars for me. A little attention to detail goes a long way!

I stayed here from May 18th and checked out on May 22nd. The staff at the front desk was wonderful, but the room I stayed in was the most disgusting room I have ever stayed in! It was shabby, the carpet was filthy and had stains all over it. The tub had big chunks missing and the shower would run water in the wall. There was dust everywhere even on the lampshades. The freezer didn't work and I needed it, and water leaked into the refrigerator, so there was water on the shelves. The white washrags were stained light black. I had to kill two bugs and some of the asbestos ceiling had fallen to the carpet.

I did not even want to give one star. Rooms are not clean , , carpet needs to be replaced , no breakfast so that needs to be updated on the website, everytime we returned, we had to reset room keys cause they wouldn’t work, guy at front desk was rude about it giving us attitude when all we wanted was access to our room . I asked if we could extend check out . He said best he could do was until 12noon then didn’t notate it . The morning was the worst part . The lady from office came BANGING on door at 11:15am we were asleep and rudely awakened to her banging and opening the door on us while we were still sleeping. That is very unprofessional and unacceptable. Someone needs to look into changing management. A simple knock or phone call would have been best. We will not be staying again!

Rooms had mold and mildew around the tub, no toilet paper,and the TV was not working. Very disappointing. Wasted money. Good location.

Advertising says queen size beds. They are not. Only full size. The double bed room is only set up for two, not four. However the front desk did provide two extra towels.The Television is horrible. Extremely slow, lags, and buffers continously. Very limited channels. The carpet is extremely dirty looking, full of stains and is sticky. The pillows are extremely small and very hard.I wouldn't recommend this hotel.Nearby activities: Shopping and Meical and Restaurants

This is the second time we have stayed at Rodeway Inn. The first time was not bad at all. The second time was terrible. The room was dirty. There was even a dirty sock in the room. The carpet was filthy. There was lipstick smeared all over it and it had been ground in.This is definitely the last time we stay there.
