Greeted by a nice lady on May 31,2025. she asked what I was interested answered to buy semi dye hair color she gestured pointed the aisle .she even gave advice on what color was best to last longer in hair color .I told her I was going to look around the store and she included announced the store sales was stock in a nicely voice .thank you Sally Beatty shop employee made my experience great and pleasant to be in the store and good advice

I went in today looking for hair treatment and a color and Kim was very helpful and kind. Explained everything amazingly. I highly recommend going in there for awesome customer service and tips and tricks for your hair ladies.

The ladies were very helpful. Both ladies assisted with 3 other customers (not including myself). They helped find a product and gave additional information on how to help treat their hair. They were very knowledgeable.

Horrible customer service. Didn't ask me if I needed help, did not great me at. I'm from California I move out here recently. The selection for black hair products is the worst I've ever seen. Sally's in San Angelo BLACK people do exist out here. Just because this is small community that doesn't mean you can't have broader selection for the black community!! Please hire some more welcoming staff or teach them customer service, the 2 young girls you have in there need to improve. I'm a Manager and I would never tolerate this type of behavior. Will not recommend my worst enemy to shop here.
