Joining Sam's club, getting a credit card, joining their pharmacy. That's the points of interest on my review. Utilizing Sam's club to buy groceries shoes has been excellent. I have no complaints. Getting a credit card for Sam's help save money and gifts rewards. Using an app to pay for gas, heck yea. Purchasing food like a slice of pizza and a drink, or a hotdog from time to time before we leave for my grandkids has been a treat, and very affordable . Let's get to the pharmacy this is where I've had issues. I get attitude if they bring it out to curb side. It seems to be some sort of an issue. I go in the evening because it fits my schedule. When I very first joined sams club I asked if the pharmacy had the availability for curbside they told me yesterday definitely, from the hours that they were open and they had curb side between those hours. This was confirmed by the employee in the pharmacy. I thought great this will be perfect an all-around store to get all the items I need. But wait, when I have a prescription that I cannot pickup they seem to be testy as well. Then they call with a testy attitude if I cannot pick up my prescriptions in their timely manner. I guess they don't understand that sometimes it's between eating and medications. Or paying a bill and medications. You have to do what you have to do, I live life on a budget. Or there have been times I'm sick or other life events happen. I definitely don't want an attitude for it. Especially since I'm paying for a membership. Otherwise I love Sam's club. I have saved money. I'm simply to aged to argue with the pharmacy. I was asking to leave a review and my thoughts on Sam's by a club employee. Hope this sums it up. The coolest thing is paying for gas without having a card with my phone at any Sam's. I love the rewards

This place is the best food for the best prices. Pizza is amazing! Frozen yogurt for a dollar!! You can't beat it. Highly highly recommended for those nights you don't feel like cooking.

I called to pay for my prescription and was told they don't take payment over the phone well the card is on file, I know today was the last day and I live 40 miles away, what is the problem accept miss rudeness didn't want to mess with it, thanks for not helping...

Hurry up and wait. As always, one person at the optical center. I've been standing at the register since 5:25. She's with a customer. The other customers and I have watched her mess with her hair and up it in a ponytail. Will I ever get to order the contacts and leave? Unfortunately, this department and the painfully inefficient tire department are about the only things that are not self-service here. The time is now 5:50 . . .still waiting.

Pay attention to the dates listed on the other yelp reviews, most are over a year old. From November 2021: 1. Customer service is always good. 2. Popular items are sometimes out of stock. Presumably due to shipping issues or "covid" issues from suppliers. 3. The line to exit the store is sometimes backed up exceptionally far before they get an extra person to help out. 4. The GAS STATION! The WORST. There are arrows on the ground indicated a flow of travel but apparently it's too difficult to understand for most people in this town and the gas station attendant will never fix it. This causes to people getting blocked in, several near accidents, it's just a mess. I wish Sams would be more proactive about this! Overall, a clean and fairly quiet store that I enjoy shopping at. If they fixed some of the small issues, I would give 5 stars. It's just a little frustrating to wait 10 mins to exit the store after I have already purchased my goods.

I have been a devout Sam’s Club member for over a decade. I often have driven out of my way to get gas there because that has just been my gas station. They have recently added cones to the fuel station attempting to force everyone to go the same way which has resulted in ridiculously long wait times to get gas. My membership expires in July and I likely won’t be renewing it if this practice continues. In the meantime HEB will be my new gas station. No other station has issues or the need to control the direction of traffic. This is an incredibly poor decision by management. I have heard from plenty of diesel customers that this has pretty much eliminated Sams as a place for fuel for them. They said it was already hard enough to get to one of the 4 pumps that had diesel, now they are almost always blocked by people getting gas.

I am so thankful for Sam's Club Pharmacy. They are so considerate and are willing to go above and beyond for their customers. The line is usually very quick, and they are overall very helpful.

I went to Sam's in desperate need of a new mattress set, I still don't have one because I didn't get their preferred customer card. Didn't know they had that. I understand us checking ourselves out but not the verycpoor service!

This is price gouging! I was paying about $17.00 for this package and now you double the price! I’m glad I have to pay double on products since I pay $100 membership a year!
