We have had our RV that we bought from them about 3 years ago. They have always exceeded our expectations in sales and service. We have had to take it in for minor things and they have always gotten the work down in a timely manner and always communicate with us what they are doing and how long it should take as well as what if anything we will have to pay for. We can’t say enough about the professionalism they have always showed and we will continue to do business with them.

Will Eubanks found the rv we wanted and gave us a great price. He also obtained financing at a better rate than we found, and guided us to a good insurance agent. He's been professional and efficient throughout the entire process: searching rvs, purchasing and after-sales. 5 stars isn't enough - Will goes to 11!Steve and Donna Spratt

I dropped my camper off 2 weeks ago for repairs to the refrigerator and brakes. I picked it up a week later, they said it was ready. I drove off and after 2 blocks the I received a message on my dashboard to check the trailer brake wiring, the same issue that I took it in for. I turned around and took it back and found the service manager. I told her the the brake issue hadn’t been fixed and I’m still getting the message on my dash. She had me bring my truck around and she used a tester in my electrical hookup, and she said the problem was in my truck. I said no it’s not. This is my son in laws truck and we have the issue. I hook it up to my truck and we have an issue. I’m an RV transporter, and I can hook up to any RV in Indiana, deliver it across the country, and I don’t get this message on my dash, it’s in the camper. I went into the office and asked who runs this place? I explained my problem (very loudly) and left the camper to be fixed. An hour later I received a call from the GM and she hooked it up to her truck and received the same message. I told her she must have wiring issues with her pickup too, and said I want my camper fixed. I called today, it’s not fixed, they cant replicate the problem, so they cant fix it. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND San Angelo RV.

I've had my RV in there service department a few times over the past year. These folks are amazing. Update you in status of repairs, greet you as soon as you enter the property, and very friendly. They truly want to be the best and show it every time I've been there. A big thank you to Mike, David, and Janea. You folks are the best. Thank you for always putting my best interest first.

Travelled 1500 miles to San Angelo to buy my KZ toy hauler. The price was the best in the entire country and saved at least $4,000. Will Eubanks was my sales rep and he walked me thru all the paperwork since I'm an out of state buyer. His follow up was very good and kept me up to date on all aspects. I had a Husky Centerline anti sway weight distribution hitch, which I highly recommend to fight off the 18 wheelers on the highway. It could save your life. Make sure that the hitch is installed with the camper and pull vehicle as level as possible and test drive with the camper before you leave the dealership. You do not want to hear excessive "metal on metal" grinding sounds, otherwise, further adjustments are needed before you hit the road. Make sure ALL locks have been lubricated and all the stabilizer jacks. Request to review the Pre-Delivery Inspection checklist BEFORE the inspection starts and DO NOT let whoever is doing your orientation pass over ANY ITEM. Try to pick up your purchase on a day OTHER than Friday. If at all possible, book a night at the nearby KOA campground and test all the systems during your stay, including AC, furnace, hot water heater, everything. If you find something that needs attention, you can return to the dealership during the weekdays while they have technicians available. They do NOT work on weekends.

Stay away from this place unless you don't mind them having the rv more time for half a$$ repairs than you do. The service department will half a$$ all the repairs needed, and you will spend more time waiting for the rv than enjoying it. Unless this type of service is what your after.. You may have found the right place for you!! if not drive on down the road.

We were very impressed with the professionalism of our sales rep, Cameron H. He showed us several units and was knowledgeable of equipment on each unit. He answered endless questions we had. On the day we picked up our unit he made sure everything went smoothly and all the paperwork was ready to be signed and organized. He answered more questions and was patient and extremely helpful. David R the shop manager gave us our PDI walk through. He was patient, very informative and answered questions. He was very knowledgeable. This is the first thorough PDI we have had and this is our 5th unit.we have purchased. Thank you Cameron and David.

Our sales rep Cameron was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He answered many questions we had on the Jayco Pinnacle 32RLTS we purchased. He was quick to give me his cell phone number and to insist on calling with any problems occurred. We’ve had reasonably good luck with our rig. There’s been a few things go wrong, but for the most part the service team has been able to resolve. Everyone is quick to take my calls and respond to the issue as best as possible during these crazy times of trying to get “anything” fixed. Special thanks to Cameron for incredible service after the sale. If you’re shopping, ask for him. We would purchase from him again.

Camaron went above and beyond to take care of us. All of our questions were answered quickly. There was no pressure during the entire process. Even though we eventually decided against a purchase, ( decided not the right time for us) he was patient, informative, giving us time to make our decision. When we do decide to make a purchase, this dealership will be the first we look at and Cameron will be requested.
