Terrible walk in service to withdraw cash now that they don't have a teller counter. Only one person available to assist a line of customers. Manager was helping by taking people BUT without consideration of who got there first. I left and went to there other bank on Southland.

Selecting a bank is a very important decision and wanted to share our experience with Sonora Bank. Sonora Bank was our first choice because of its banking services and its involvement in the communities they serve.The Sonora Bank’s Personal Banker helped setup our checking and savings accounts. Next, she introduced us to the Branch Loan Officer and Branch Manager. The Branch Manager is also a Sonora Bank Senior Vice President.Everyone at Sonora Bank has been very professional, knowledgeable, and sensitive to our needs and concerns.

Gotta say the staff is very nice n helpful I get my check cashed here an no problems its usually never crowded I'm always in an out no time wasted

This bank is not truthful they tell you one thing and do something totally different. They say your checking and debit card is two different accounts even though at other banks it's one. They tell you that no bank let's you endorse under another person's name to cash a check when other banks do. Been promised the moon by weekend tellers when later to find out something totally different through the week. It's a very poor excuse for a bank. I would recommend finding another.

Very kind people working here; helpful over the phone and in person. Ms. Peavey was bery personable and professional when assisting us with a notarization. Location is easy to access, lots of tellers, parking, and atm.

I was happy with this bank until they changed their e-banking software last fall (2013). At that point my e-banking became a nightmare. E-banking is very important to me. That is how the majority of my bills have been handled for the last several years. The new software has very few choices for automatic bill reception. For 6 months I have tried to set up Dish as an autopay on receipt of the bill. It won't work. Some payments double up for a reason I can't figure out. Every time I try to add or delete a payee, some other payee gets paid twice. The software just doesn't work well and is difficult to learn. I gave it six months, but I still can't figure it out. I am afraid I will have to move my accounts somewhere else.
