Called about transferring old data from a broken device to a new device. They offered no help at all. I know they used to do that years ago. They just said "no sorry" to e erything. No help at all.But it was still better than last time I went in to the store- the manager absent-mindedly deleted all my 1400 photos without noticing she did it. I was so shocked I didn't tell her. Besides that catastrophe, she also was no help. I don't know what they even have store frontsWe (my 7+ family members) have been customers since 2004 or 2003...

Was supposed to be a simple warranty phone exchange. One employee, jumped in with both feet and tried to help me the best he could. The other two employees, could have cared less. How do I know? The female employee, that pretended to be with a customer when I walked in never stopped gossiping with that same customer. Which turned out to be just a friend because they never talked about anything phone or T-Mobile related. The other mail employee, that previously had only spoken to me when I walked in telling me they would be with me shortly, let's me and the helpful employee know that there's no way my data can be transferred in the time that we have until closing which is approximately 30 minutes. No if ands or buts, it's not going to be enough time I will have to leave my phone there he states. The fact that I just had to drive an hour and a half, after an 11 hour work day apparently did not hold any sway with this young fellow. He was going to be out of that God forsaken torture chamber job of his by 8:00 p.m. long story short, I was rudely impersonally shown my way to the door and outside. Before all my dad had transferred and told that I could leave my old phone there and come back tomorrow and finish it up. Yes, my phone with all kinds of information on it, to be left with these two star employees of T-Mobile's. You would think longer than, just a friendly estimate, 95% of the employees at almost 14 years, I would be treated slightly better than this. It's getting closer and closer to being the final straw as a T-Mobile customer. And yes, I know. They don't give a damn If I Stay a customer or not. So idle threats matter not to them. But, at least they had one decent employee at the store who did his sincere best effort to help. It's hard to find good health these days and the 2/3 of sucky employees at this T-Mobile or a prime example of the post covid world of lazy entitlement we are immersed in.

Customer service takes so long. It's not worth coming here. We either need a new store or more employees. Over an hour wait is not necessary and could be handled better.

Even though this is the only T-Mobile stand alone store in town, I was pleased with the service. Crystal was the utmost professional to deal with! She not only helped us with an upgrade on a new phone, she went above and beyond by reviewing our plan and lowering the price!

Had bought a new phone online through T-Mobile and the screen protector failed right away during install while I was putting it in — they got me in and out with a new one, no charge, less than five minutes. Took great care of me and made my day a lot better.

Went in for an upgrade today, and crystal was able to get me taken care of as well as upgrade my plan and throw a watch in the deal! Mind you all she did this after her shift was over. She was very willing to stay late and finish what she started! Thank you for the amazing service!

I first off want to start by saying, that I am glad that my husband and my self decided to stay with t-mobile. And the only reason is because of Hanna.Hanna takes the time to get you Exactly what you need and want.Hanna is smart and fast, she does her job fast and always has a smile. She's the only reason I stayed with t-mobile. He has the best customer service attitude. Hannah really needs a raise and a promotion. He works hard and she always has a smile. Thank you Hanna.

Adriana helped us today and was a delight. We used our old phones to activate a new account, and she didn't hesitate to get us set up. She also made sure to tell us to come see her if our first bill was funky.Adriana made the process as smooth as possible while being hoghly professional and friendly.

Experience was great. Was a little upset that it took the insurance company 5 months to get back to me and my phone ended up breaking before then. But Crystal Lozano was a huge help and got me through the process and had my phone in within 24 hours. Very much appreciated Crystal

I wanted to transfer my information from my Samsung to my new Apple phone and Crystal took her time and helped make sure all my information was correct and that all of it successfully transferred to my new phone. She was awesome and patient and super helpful! Thank you!

We never have service after being told we would in the areas needed. And now we are in a contract & they won't even pro rate it due to lack of service. It takes forever to have someone wait on you & even when they do they are mad about it. And most times have NO ANSWERS!! At least verizon was dependable.
