Awful attitude from the assistant manager. I am a loyal rewards customer and went in to grab a $1 medium drink. They were out of medium cups, so I used a small cup (less than the medium). I went to the counter and said just ring it up as a medium. The assistant manager said she could not do that and she would not honor their policy. She also said should wouldn’t even if she could, this is ridiculous behavior from an assistant manager. I will probably now avoid all stripes at all cost and simply make a small effort to go to allsups
