This gas station is EXTREMELY aweful. There is a red head woman by the name of Shannon, who is Rude and Racist! On every single visit to this place I have witnessed her be somewhat kind to everyone WHITE. I’m a woman of color and from my very first visit she treated me like I didn’t belong. Always rolling her eyes, and acting like she is better than me because she has a badge on. I won’t even go to this gas station anymore because of how SHANNON treated me. After talking to another crew member I found out she gets serval complaints on her customer service. Shops elsewhere if you want to be treated equally. 1/10!!!!

Stopped by to get gas and something to drink. Tried to pay at the pump and the card readers are down. FIX YOUR STUFF!!!
I took my business elsewhere. Your Ballinger location is just as bad!!
Hopefully QT starts building out here soon. We need a good gas station in San Angelo.

Nothing seems to work. Gas pumps down and fountain drinks out. At least was clean.

This is 2025 and you have to physically go in to get gas only to wait in a line out the door. No chip readers work, loyalty program doesn’t work more than half the time. See cashier for everything. FIX YOUR GAS PUMPS!! You’ve monopolized this entire town with your less than par Service “ Disgraceful” excuse for a “convenient” store.

If you want to get in and out, this is the worst gas station in San Angelo for it. The pay at the pump system is perpetually broken—constantly having to move to a different pump. Constantly!

When you come there every morning and want taco sauce with your burrito they want to start charging 15 cents for 1. I've spent a ton of money in there and they get greedy. Plus I seen a roach in th4 bathroom
