Went in for a sandwich and had an amazing laugh from that Brandon kid. Kind, courteous and funny, not to mention his sandwich was delicious! Definitely will be going back

Went in to order a sandwich from the subway they have inside, one of the guys put the wrap on the counter while another slid a container across the counter which came into contact with the wrap. I asked for another wrap and the guy rudely laughs and says "it's a clean wrap MAN!" I just walked out the door ? I can now see why this place has such a bad rating!??

Brian have a horrible customer service, even though I am a regular customer here because I live down the street he did not care to treat me with respect. My wife came in to the store to buy cigarettes for me while I was sitting in the car right in front of the main door and unfortunately her license had expired. I came into the store myself and asked Brian for my cigarettes with my valid Texas driver license and he rudely told me that he won’t be selling me anything because it was some
Texas two party sale law I was violating. I honestly think there were a million ways to explained this without escalating a conversation which should have being welcoming and constructive because I have never heard of such a law even if it existed. I will be filling a formal complaint against this individual because he shouldn’t be treating customers like trash. By the way this is probably the third incident with this guy that I had.

There's a lady that works there in the
morning. White lady, mid 40s bob to shoulder length hair. She's a very rude lady with no customer service etiquette what so ever. Its so close to my home but I would rather drive farther to be treated right! They also have had a couple that lives on the streets with their 2 pit bulls camping out next to the entrance that they do anything about.

People here are jerks, bathroom was out, opted to use the women's and they yelled and said "woman's only" well if the men's is out, it's logical to use a woman's, but the fat little bearded guy kept on and said go to another store. I will! I used to stop here often, but won't ever again. The absolute worst.

I usually come here quite often because it is down the street from my work. Today I needed gas so I naturally pull up to the pump. While I was trying to pay for my gasoline the pump said cannot read chip. So I tired a different card thinking it was my card, well it did the same thing. So I tried another pump and it didn’t work either so I walked in and told the attendant I needed 20 on the pump. He wasn’t very customer service friendly but after I paid for the gasoline I told him that the chip readers might be broken he responded with “yup I know none of them are, they’ve been broken for about to days.” There was no I apologize or anything. I usually don’t review gas stations but this stripe specifically sucks at customer service. The assistant manager is always glued to her phone as well as other employees. Even with a customer there. Over all I give it a two because at least they’re stocked quite often. Cleanliness is a joke at least have someone come out and sweep the lot. And please at least put a sign stating your readers are broken, and fill the receipt printers.

Repeatedly over the last month, I have come to this stripes location to find 1) employees blatantly telling people they can come in without masks and 2) employees not wearing masks while interacting with customers. They have also taken down the signage stating that masks are required, despite the company website stating they are still required.
