I walk at mall all the time, people are friendly love the food and stores mall employees are the best

I do not know what has happened to helping people and being friendly when working in these shops. Out of a few places I went there was very poor customer service at America eagle. Hot Topics wS friendly and I was asked if they could help me find something. Kudos to you for training your workers properly 👏
