i haven’t been to this store bc my last experience wasn’t so great but decided to come here to get a controller for my friend but a key was needed to open it so i went to ask an employee and NO ONE was in the back of the store. i walked around the store to find multiple employees at the front and when i asked one of them they said they’d have someone back there so i walk back and waited 10 mins and no one came to help me so i asked another worker and they said they needed to get a key so i of course wasted ANOTHER 10 minute's of my time for them to not come back. y’all need to do better.

Ordering online is quick and easy especially now with curbside pickup. Very little wait time and the clerk greets you with a smile and verifies your info is correct for pickup. Usually same day service available.

I want to share what a pleasant experience that I always have when shopping at the San Angelo Target store. The staff here in San Angelo is full of friendly, nice people. To me it is extremely important how an employee treats me when I’m checking out. At our Target store the employees always engage with me in general ‘small talk’ and make eye contact while checking out my items. It may be that we are a moderately large town and not a big city, but the employees here never speak rudely, condescendingly, or impatiently to me. The worse thing I encounter at other stores are employees that not only ignore you while handeling my items, they will even have conversations with other employees about their personal lives and treat you as an annoying interruption. Here at the San Angelo Target, you are never treated as a bother; they acknowledge you as a person spending hard earned money in their store and you are appreciated!!

Target is the best! I walked in and was helped right away, and it was so easy! There was nothing wrong with what I ordered, just needed a different size. Target is my go to for everything!
