This is the first review I have ever written-I had to or my conscence wouldn't let me live it down. After going to multiple body repair shops I felt glum. 250 to fix a dent and 1000's for a simple paint job. When I went to The Auto Pros Body Shop by recommendation I was met by William. Super nice guy that saw my car right away. He was honest and gave me an estimate of how much it would cost to fix my car up. He told me it was mainly cosmetics and I could still drive on the road.Instead of taking advantage he decided to help me even at the cost of him losing out on money. What he did gain was a new costumer. 10/10!

One of the best customer service experiences I've ever encountered. Superior communication! They were very efficient and kept me updated with the repair process, parts acquisition and they routinely called to confirm additional or reduction in cost of labor and parts. Very very very good from top to bottom. I had absolutely 0 issues and Will and the staff did a great job at always letting me know the status of my truck any time I needed it. Would recommended to anyone in the area and will definitely be my first option for future truck repairs! Thank you Will!
