They absolutely refuse to do inspections by themselves. Been 3 years now that I've gone in to ask for an inspection, only to be told "Computer's down, sorry bro."However, I caught them in a lie when my partner got turned away for an oil change, but I went in immediately afterwards and asked for both an inspection and an oil change. They said they could do the inspection with the oil change. He didn't like being caught in the lie and got upset that I figured them out.This place used to be quick and easy, now they're just lazy.Service: Oil change

Was a little disappointed, invoice had interior was vacuumed and it wasn't. Price had gone up.

Usually a short wait, and was my go-to for oil changes, but getting them to do an inspection is like pulling teeth. For three consecutive years, every time I ask for an inspection, they tell me “the machine is down for everyone, sorry bro.” Yet I’ve had no trouble getting an inspection at other places, albeit with a longer wait. I’ve given up.Such a shame, I suspect they’re too lazy and/or don’t make enough money on inspections to actually do them, which really brings into question how thorough they are with all the other services they offer.Service: Oil change
