The self serve dog wash station is a great place to wash your dog. The dryers don't get warm at this location so I would bring your own dryer if it is cold weather.

They always have people out front trying to sell you things. I want to get my stuff and get out, not be forced into unavoidable interactions

They need to care for their plants a little better. Other than that, it's great.

Customer service is great. Staff are friendly. My one issue lies with management. We went to look at Chicken Coops and decided on one that was pretty large. On their website, it shows they have 3 in stock. We wanted one still in the box for multiple reasons such as getting it home, into our back yard, and also the fact they charge a $100 assembly fee.Well they decided to build all of the ones they had in stock, and not leave any in the box. Okay, well how much is it to get one and have it shipped to store for pick up? They said it would be around $100. They did say we could take a rain check and get one when there’s a surplus but could take months. So our options were to be forced to pay $100 for assembly fee, pay $100 for shipping to store, or wait a month or more for one to maybe come in.We brought up the point what if we had purchased online and came to pick up, and that it seems that they’re forcing customers to pay a $100 assembly fee. With that, they did reduce the fee which is why I’m not giving them a lower rating. I then had to bring a trailer, cut down trees on my property then take down my fence to bring it in which is also why I wanted it unassembled. So with that, that was more of a management thing. The store is stocked well, the employees are super nice and try their best to be helpful, and overall you will have a good experience.

They always have the stuff you need... My "go-to place" for a LOT of stuff you can't find at Lowe's or Home Depot...

I was interested in purchasing a small animal trap, but the traps were very high up on top of the shelves. I went to the front of the store to ask if someone could assist me in retrieving a trap. I was told to go to the back of the store and someone would assist me. I went back and after waiting several minutes and no assistance I went to the front of the store to purchase my other items. The same clerk waited on me that called for assistance with the trap. She didn't even ask me if I was able to get assistance with the trap.
