I usually avoid other Verizon stores because the customer service has been so hit or miss. However, Cassandra was so helpful and cordial in quickly assisting with an activation issue I was having, that I would go there again without hesitation. I left the store with a brand new perception on Verizon’s customer service and a sweet new working phone. In fact, it really made my whole day better, maybe I need MORE cellular issues.

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS CUST. SERVICE!! Me and my mother went in today @10:20 when we had our worst experience ever. All 3 ladies that were sitting at the front seemed inattentive and could care less about our business. After being promised promotions over the phone we were told we would have no issues when going in we were basically told we didn’t know what we were talking about and to fly a kite! They refused to give us any kind of number to a supervisor or a direct corporate line saying they don’t have one! Don’t give them a sale! Just order ur phone and set up service online for better national promotions and then just go in and have them activate it to cut ur time with them to minimal as possible. I strongly hope someone will be reaching out to mend these mistakes and plz do better. People don’t deserve to be treated like less!

Me and my wife went in to get my wife an upgrade as she was due ,and they acted as though they really didn't need or want our buisnessToo bad there's a lot of other Verizon locations we can go to.DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE!!

When we switched from west central to Verizon the supervisor told us our bill would be 80.00 dollars a month because my husband was an educator before he retired and I was a nurse before I was placed on disability. He looked us in the eyes and lied to us. It was just a short amount of time and they took over 200.00 out of our account. We canceled our account and they said we would get money for our old phones which they told us they would reimburse us which they told my husband yesterday they were not going to do. Verizon if you want to do us right Our names are James and Elizabeth Ditmore .

Verizon lied about their discounts when we switched from West Central Cellular!!! We turned our Samsung Galaxy 10+'s in when we received our new phones and they took them and never gave us our money for them!!! We will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH VERIZON EVER AGAIN AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you Verizon employees for putting up with my ignorant self. It’s the year 2023 but I’m still living in the 1980s. Y’all are very helpful every time I come in there, and I already know that it’s an easy fix but I promise I try to figure it out before I came in there. But again, thank you for your help and your patience.

Go into store for billing issues and the lady at the desk tells me to call customer service because "we are sales and not really customer service here". Yeah, I know. This sites "customer service" does not exist. They are always rude and lie just make a sale and they don't care.This is why I only come here when BestBuy can't help me.

Store refused to honor Verizon promotions, even proceeding to lie about incurring a $500 "cleaning fee" multiple customer service representatives (chat and over the phone) determined this was a lie. Embarassing service from a company that used to tout itself as the leader.

I went in today to get a sim card for my son's phone. Juan (the manager) "greeted" me, leaned over the counter kinda not giving me full attention. he finally walked over to help me, one of his employees walks by and starts talking to him about food, (don't care, except you started helping me before talking to the employee). He got all my info, everything was fine, I thought. His demeanor changed at some point. He told me I had to have the phone physically in the store, which was a lie. Then went on about needing the IMEI number, which at this point I realized he thought I was another stupid customer. Called into Verizon customer service and found out there is no policy for needing the phone physically in the store to get the sim card. So what should have been an easy interaction turned into a dud. Juan (the manager) needs some customer service training.

I tried bringing a device over and activating it with Verizon service. The porting process got screwed up and after two hours I left without the service that I paid for. Furthermore, Cassandra, the assistant manager was very disrespectful and further escalated an already stressful situation. This was a bad experience and I recommend that the leadership take a closer look at who they have representing their store.

I returned my Samsung Galaxy flip Z in March 18th 2023 they were supposed to refund me $916 to my card and still have not. They are refusing to refund me my money. They got the phone back...so now I am out of a phone and my money.This is an update the owner of Verizon had me fill a paper out to resolve this matter and still no response nor do I have my money in the amount of $916.00 for the returned item. As far as stars go they get a 0 rating
