This pharmacy is the most incompetent pharmacy. I've ever used and I was born in 1962. The corporation should have people who oversee the actions and attitudes of the employees their should absolutely be traning im place for learning how to how to use a process so the store employees STOP judging a book by its cover and placing people above and below for prompt service.
And stop just because they're getting a controlled substance drug. They also did it when I used to take pain medicine, whitch i stoped last year because it would no longer help my pain.
I'm disabled because of back pain That is inoperable, and I went through 2 cancers in the last 5 years, the first one was stage 3 metastic melanoma It was it was treated with immunotherapy.Opdivo&Yervoy and that first cancer killed my Pituatary Gland and All of my teeth died! My skin turned into 60% Vitiligo.and now 4 years later all but 4 teeth have broke off at the gum line. So I kinda understand my skin always looks dirty and horrible. I am always so weak. I can barely stand but thats not a reason treat me any different in anyone in the line.
and that makes it difficult when they purposely. Put you on the back burner. Because they think you look like a homeless drug adict, and they show you that.
by seeing your name on caller ID with what I assume are notes saying drug seeking and difficult customer. I believe that because when they look at my name in my profile, their attitude changes, their looks changed, so they're seeing something on the screen that shouldn't be there.

The associate wasn't very friendly at all and I feel that if someone doesn't like the kind of job they have then go get one you do like .

We live an hour away where we don't have a local Walgreens. I use the app for online orders, couponing, and cash back rewards. I also enjoy going in store to use coupons and rewards as well. The last three times we have gone to the one on Abe Street we have received the utmost vile and awful service. The petite Hispanic young lady has been working the evening shift each visit. She is beyond rude and abrasive. She acts perturbed and annoyed when she is required to perform a task for you or assist you. One evening it was 3 minutes until close and I was checking out. In the middle of checkout I questioned her about a coupon. She became short rude and hateful. She also informed me that I would be needing to leave the store immediately without her completing my transaction. I try not to post negative reviews however this one definitely needs to be addressed. Additional management training and customer service skills would be of great service.

I never had any problems with them until they closed the store I always used and transferred my prescriptions to another store. I'm on auto refill. I keep running out before they refill. I've had to call on 2 different medications and today I was told I had 4 refills on the one I was calling about but my auto refill expired. The guy had no other explanation. Auto refill... I have 4 refills left...doesn't make sense.

I never leave reviews, but the lady that answered my call today at the pharmacy was RUDE AS HECK! I misunderstood her and she got all pissed like sorry! She Told me I can go Monday to pick up prescription and then hung up. She didn't even let me ask my other question! Just now reading review for pharmacy and all are bad reviews. Someone needs to do something about these damn rude ppl. No one deserves to be treated this way!

This location is horrible in regards to pharmacy. The prescriptions either don’t get delivered when you pay for them to be, or you go in person wait in line for 30 minutes only to have a pharmacist be rude to you

It’s completely unacceptable that you can’t seem to handle the transfer of a single medication. It took H-E-B not having a single RX to remind me why I left Walgreens.

Would be 5 stars but the app indicates a 24-hr pharmacy when in reality it closes at night on weekdays and early evening on weekends

The young lady who gos by the name Leah was very rude and having a power trip. There was a line of customers that needed things that were locked and she had the key. And she ignored all of us waiting for her. Her attitude was very unfriendly like she didn’t want to be there. In no way is this acceptable behavior toward customers. If you have the keys and customers need your help. Don’t just stand there. She wasn’t even doing anything and even kept staring.
