Besides the nice gentleman (not manager) I spoke to, Walmart's delivery system is terrible and I will not be using that option with this store. My baby was sick and the medicine I ordered (what I needed most) never came and that was over 24 hrs ago...

Front team lead Josh doesn't know Walmart return policy. Just makes one up. Refuses to show customers where it is. Garrett is also compliant with not knowing policy. Refused to speak to corporate while I was in store with them. Josh doesn't need to be in any "lead" position if he doesn't know Walmart policy, and refuses to speak to corporate. Thank god corporate heard the whole exchange to tell me everything they said was incorrect.

The meat is bad. Has a bad taste and smell. I've purchased ground meat from yall and every time it's the same foul taste. Why don't you try it out for yourself and tell me it doesn't taste foul. I'm never buying any more grocery products from you ever. I'm not the only one who can tell the difference. My kids won't even touch it if they know it's from there. I recommend that nobody buys that meat.it made me sick. That's my honest opinion. My dog won't even eat it.Thank you for the bad meat and waste of my hard earned money.

There were about 3 guys (assuming to be deli area) who has no idea how to handle the bakery orders and they were severely untrained on customer service. This was around 1 or 2 pm on a weekday. Finally got my cale ordered nbd, didn't say "have a good day/see you on Thursday/etc" just left and i was unaware that he was "done with me". Skip to pick up day, i got my cake and it looked fine untill i read the icing before paying and leaving. They put gma instead of gpa.... on the label it said gpa as i correctly ordered. It was corrected but obviously it doesn't look as nice. The employee's definitely need to work on their professionalism and attention to detail.

I ordered a mermaid cake. Cake I got was nothing NOTHING like the pic in the book. Very disappointed. The lady from Deli had to bring me my cake because bakery persons were no where to be seen.

Pretty packed store and have 2 lines open. Mgr or lead decides to open a lane and no where near the lines that are backed up. SMH

I went to this Walmart and there was a lot of people there. I understand that check out is going to be a little slow but the cashier in my line was extremely slow and she just took to long to check us out. Not only did it take about 45 minutes to get passed about 6 people in the line. The lady was casually moving very slow almost oblivious to the fact that she was so slow.

As far as Wal Mart stores go, I really liked this one. It is brand new, and it is very clean. The staff was friendly and they had a good selection of items. The frozen foods were especially varied and included several items I hadn't seen at the older Wal Marts. It's located close to ASU, which is a big plus. This will be our go to Wal Mart when we're in town.
