This is the best Walmart in San Angelo. The manager is takes care of his customers. The employees take care of the customers and help out if you ask. The employees at self checkout take care of business and have a good personality to boot. The pharmacist and the employees in the pharmacy are diligent and respectful to customers.

Two issues today from this location today. 1: can't match their own online pricing so had to do an online order and pick it up and come back for the same item I was already there for?? What kind of sense does that make?2: the bigger issue is that I was eating a chicken tender plate I got from there and it had a good size bone in it that hurt one of my teeth bc I wasn't thinking there would be a bone I the middle of the chicken tender (pics included).

I went in to exchange an item I purchased which was missing a piece to it. Even though I found it right away the folks at the entrance said that I had to go to the customer service. When I got to the customer service desk there was one poor lady helping at the cash register with five of us in line. When I looked at all the other cash registers that were open that morning I could see a sea of blue vests waiting for customers or they may have had one customer that they serving. When I looked at each front entrance I could see three blue vests at each one, and they were chatting each other up. I waited for several minutes and the line barely moved and continued to get longer until one of the team leads came by to answer a phone call. When he finished the call I asked him about one person helping people in this long line versus all the other people out there and he said oh I'll be back here in just a minute. Then another blue vest came in to help this lady and the team lead finally showed up. It shouldn't take a customer pointing these things out. It took me almost 10 minutes to make the simple exchange.

I looked up what I needed online and it told me that it was in-stock the price and even the isle it was on for a quick and easy trip to Walmart and the cashier in sporting goods was very friendly and fast thank you Walmart. Michael Melton
